Research On The Necessity Of Professionalization Of CBA Referees

China's men's basketball occupation League(CBA),the establishment of late,but the rapid development in recent years,along with the CBA player's height,tactical level and foreign elite athletes to join the CBA League of occupation and improve the level of coaches,more demanding,more fans understand the ball ",the speed of development and the league the market demand and the technical level of the contradiction between the increasingly prominent,amateur referee revealed shortcomings,referee for the game to control,the viewing of the game,the game has a certain lack of fluency.The players and coaches have occupation,and the no occupation,which is obviously the game with CBA is not coordinated,the current occupation League CBA men's Basketball Referees in China for teachers in Colleges and universities and government agencies to send smoke,the referee is the part-time,which doomed the business the level will have a certain lack,not enough time and energy to study and learn the rules,and the judge is mainly working part-time,referees are university teachers and government workers,so do not worry about the consequences of this part-time job lost,the mentality will not like occupation referee as conscientious,and a far cry from the level of professional occupation.Some teams pay too much attention to the victory of the game,and they will do some "trick" and "opportunistic" behavior.To these phenomena,of course and establish a system of management mechanism is not perfect are inseparable,establish a sound legal supervision,the referee can not go,not in the on-the-spot judging process wasn't fair,on the other hand,for the personal safety and interests is a kind of security.The implementation of the occupation,income and occupation need to improve the referee referee's life security,strengthening the construction of sports legal system,this will make the referee pay more attention to the training of their own ability,enhance the umpire judging ability,increase the research and study of the referee method and the rules of time and energy.This paper uses several research methods of questionnaire,expert interviews,literature,mathematical statistics and so on,with the CBA referee as the object of study,the comparison between CBA and NBA in the amateur referees of different occupation and gap from the referees due to improper competition imbalance or controversial analysis of internal and external factors including the reason of this phenomenon,and how to correct and change the situation of the methods and suggestions.This is not only conducive to the development of CBA Professional Basketball League in China,but also to the aspirations of the fans.It will provide a theoretical reference for the development of referee professionalism in CBA men's Basketball League of China.
