| The overall strength of sports is a region important strategic resource for a country to show their soft power in the international community, which is related to sports and cultural attraction and international influence of a country. The reserve sports talents are closely related to the sustainable development of national sports career. Amateur sports school is the main form of amateur sports training in Vietnam, and has gradually become a main base of transporting high level talents of competitive sports. Vietnam presented a wide range of mode on training talents since the reform, but for lack of attention to the development of amateur sports schools, related researches are rare. This study is designed to conform to the research trends and needs of Vietnam reserve sports talents, and to learn more about team building in competitive volleyball talents, so that we can provide useful suggestions for the development of volleyball in Vietnam amateur sports school. To help Vietnam volleyball go out of athletics trough at the same time. Based on the purpose of this study, using questionnaire, literature, interviews and other research methods to analyze the current development level of amateur sports school volleyball in Ninh Binh Province.Making the questionnaire as a tool of investigation for 12 amateur sports schools and 15 volleyball coaches and 144 athletes, in order to resolve the basic situation of athletes in amateur sports school, race results, training motivation, coaches, learning and training arrangements factors, parents support the school management and other personnel training for reserve impact. Getting some conclusions as following:1. The number of volleyball athletes is less than before in the amateur sports school of Ninh Binh Province, and the distribution of students is very uneven across regions in different sports school. The running mode of amateur sports schools in Ninh Binh Province is motivational training which can helps protect species new era of young athletes to complete their daily tasks of training and competition, but also to create a good learning environment for their cultural programs. It will helps improve the overall cultural quality of athletes, but the amateur sports school in Ninh Binh Province need some improvement on the management of back-up personnel training and athletes transportation.2.The contradiction of athletes’ learning and training in the amateur sports school in Ninh Binh Province is very conspicuous. Young volleyball players showed less interest in learning cultural curriculum because of the lack of motivation to learn, but most young athletes like participating in volleyball training. Nowadays, society increasingly demands high-quality personnel training, we should inspire young athletes learn the cultural consciousness and strengthen their motivation courses, so that they fully understand the importance of learning for a high-quality talent to grow, iand make a balance between training and learning. This is a major problem for amateur sports school in Ninh Binh Province.3.The method of selecting volleyball athletes talents in amateur sports school of Ninh Binh Province are mainly three methods:selection of experience, selection of contest results, and other coaches recommend. They little use of professional theory and test equipment, which is short of scientific method, resulting in lower rates of reserve personnel transportation of amateur sports school volleyball athletes4. The volleyball team coaches’ gender distribution and age distribution are unreasonable in amateur sports school. Most of them are middle-aged experienced coaches, but young coaches are less. Coaches can work in amateur sports school though three main ways:firstly, graduating from professional sports college; secondly, team coaching stay retired athletes directly; thirdly, retired athletes gets re-education after retiring from sports teams. In overall, coaches own the moderate level of education, but there is few highly educated people, which is not conducive to a comprehensive training of reserve personnel. Volleyball coach members’income level is not high, who has the low wages of satisfaction and do not think that is proportional to the value of labor income. Coaches accept training mainly through learning lectures manner, and the opportunity and the number of participating in the training are rare. Many coaches never develop training programs, seriously affecting the quality of training of enforcement.5.The amateur sports schools are underfunded, facing the situation of antiquated equipment and training venues and facilities,which is the most important factor affecting the development of volleyball. Young athletes lack the material basis of security after participating in the training, which is not conducive to improving their training initiative, and will likely leading to decline in athletic performance. The reason of lack of scientific and comprehensive management for volleyball athletes is that managers do not realize the damaging effects of conflict on learning and training and reserve personnel training delivery. They only value volleyball scores, graduation rates and adolescent athletes’delivery rate, ignoring the overall development of athletes’ education. |
