Since the reform and opening up,great progress has been made in higher education in our country.The enrollment rate of college students has also been on the rise.The popularization of higher education and the mergence of colleges and universities have made the stronger and stronger the stronger and the weaker of higher education in China more and more evident "Matthew effect." HT Vocational College also faces the practical problems of the decline of students 'quality,the decline of social recognition and the shortage of teachers' resources,especially the double-teacher teachers.Urgently need HT Vocational College to think how through a variety of channels,multi-brand construction in the general decline in the reputation of vocational education under the circumstances of a clear professional characteristics,students guaranteed,employment and reputation continue to improve the good situation.Based on the actual problems encountered in the development of college in recent years,this study uses the methods of literature research,field survey and comparative analysis.By combining the theory of brand building with the SWOT analysis of HT Institute,PEST Analysis and so on HT Vocational College in the process of development of the internal and external environment to scan,clear HT Vocational College own strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats to clear the HT Vocational College where the internal and external environment,and finally by the AHP AHP Analytic Hierarchy Process The evaluation of related issues during the process of brand building in the college found key issues such as employment problems,social status issues,campus construction issues,and teacher contingent issues.Through scientific analysis,proposed to the future of HT Vocational College brand building include:(1)take full advantage of the capital city and the new campus construction and construction advantages,enhance HT Vocational College of attractive students to improve the quality of students to enhance the social image of the school;Enterprise cooperation advantage,make full use of the professional counterparts policy to carry out the construction of characteristic disciplines to enhance the brand influence;actively strive to improve the school's education level,do a good job of undergraduate education and higher vocational education convergence of three measures to enhance social status and improve brand building Social conditions.(2)To solve the problem of the stability of teachers in HT Vocational College;to carry out the construction of "double-qualified" teachers to create "double-qualified" teachers and form the backbone of brand building.(3)Establish a good social image in the fields of teachers,students,parents,employers and vocational andtechnical education by improving employment level and employment quality.(4)Through improving the hardware facilities of the campus,obtaining the resources of all parties,speeding up the construction of the new campus,creating convenient transportation and facilitating the teachers and students to perfect the campus construction and laying the foundation of the hardware for brand building and other pertinent countermeasures and suggestions.Finally,the research also pointed out the limitations of this study and prospects for future research.Through the research on the brand building mechanism of HT Vocational College,this study aims to offer advice and suggestions on the brand building of higher vocational colleges,and provides theoretical guidance for the sustainable development of healthy and brand-building of similar vocational and technical education institutions.It also has some demonstrative meanings for the similar institutions nationwide.
