As the main way and method for teachers to impart knowledge in classroom teaching,speech as the fastest and direct way for students to acquire knowledge is something that can not be ignored in classroom teaching.Active and effective teacher-student speech helps to promote students' subjective initiative and improve the quality and efficiency of classroom teaching.Negative teacher-student speech will hinder communication between teachers and students and reduce students' enthusiasm for learning.In recent years,with the gradual deepening of the new curriculum reform,the researchers have gradually increased their attention to classroom verbal interaction between teachers and students.Therefore,this study will explore the similarities and differences among the novice?skilled?expert junior high schools' PE teachers on the verbal interaction between teachers and students from the perspective of teacher professional growth.aiming at summarizing the characteristics of the three types of teachers' verbal interaction with students and providing corresponding guidance and suggestions for the teachers' professional growth.In this study,the Flemish interactive analysis system was used as a research tool.The literature data method,classroom observation method and questionnaire survey method were used to observe the 33 normal physical education classes of 11 physical education teachers in three junior high schools in Beijing.On the basis of explaining the coding rules,recording methods,analysis methods and coding specificization of Flanders interactive analysis system,ratio analysis and matrix analysis were performed for differences between three types of teachers on “accepting emotions”,“praising or encouraging”,“ Intra-group differences in accepting or adopting students' opinions,"questions," "teaching," "instructions," "criticism or maintenance of authority," "passive speaking," "active speaking," "silent or chaotic".On this basis,this study is based on the operational definition of the Flemish interactive analysis system,and has compiled a questionnaire on “Student's Feelings of Speech Interaction between Teachers and Students in Physical Education Classes”,aiming to understand the students' feelings and expectations to the verbal interactioin between teachers and students in the physical education classroom.The feelings and expectations of interactive behaviors are compared with the observations in the classroom,and the characteristics and differences of the speech interaction behaviors of the three types of teachers in the classroom are further explored.Through the above researches,it is found that the three types of teachers mainly use the words "teaching" and "instruction" in the verbal interaction between teachers and students in the classroom.The teachers have less positive influence,"questioning",students "passive speaking" and "active speaking" ratio Lower,the ratio of “silent or chaotic” in the classroom is too high,and the internal differences between novice and expert teachers are small,and the internal differences of the skilled teachers are large;the structure of the novice teachers in the classroom is not reasonable enough,and the style of classroom control is “instructions” and “criticism”.Or maintain authority,such as direct influence,there is emotional separation between teachers and students in classroom speech interaction;skilled teacher classroom verbal structure,control style,emotional atmosphere is generally better than novice,The coding ratios of "accept or adopt students' views " and "question" are significantly higher than those of the other two types of teachers,and the overall experience of the students' verbal interaction with the teachers and students in the classroom is better;The teacher's classroom speech structure,control style,emotional atmosphere have certain similarities between skilled and expert teachers,the difference is reflected in the use of more "praising or encouraging" words in the expert teacher class;The students' perceptions of the teacher-student's speech interaction in the three types of teachers are similar to those in the classroom observation.The difference is reflected in the fact that the students think that the skilled teachers pay more attention to their views,and the emotional barrier between teachers and students is smaller.In addition,the characteristics of physical education classes,teacher's concepts,teacher's experience,teacher's personality,teaching objects,teaching content,teacher's gender,and students' emotional basis,and other factors will have an impact on the verbal interaction between teachers and students.
