Classroom teaching evaluation is an indispensable part of classroom teaching.As the most concise and frequent oral evaluation,it also has a great impact on students.To a great extent,teachers' oral evaluation affects students' learning interest,emotional attitude and participation and affects the students' learning effects,and the physical and mental development.However,many teachers' evaluation awareness and theory are weak,and they always give the oral evaluation at will.As a result,the oral evaluation doesn't play a proper role.As a junior high school teacher,the author is also troubled by the problem in the teaching practice,and she is in urgent need of improving his oral evaluation level.Therefore,the thesis tries to study on junior high school teachers' oral evaluation system of classroom teaching,aiming at guiding the front-line junior high school teachers to have a clear understanding of the classroom oral evaluation contents and method.Moreover,the thesis tries to update the front-line junior high school teachers' classroom evaluation concept,change the teachers' misunderstanding on oral evaluation,carry out positive and effective evaluation,and improve teachers' evaluation level and the teaching effect.The thesis is divided into five parts.The first part is an introduction.The author explains the reasons for selecting the topic,the significance,the literature review and study methods in this part.The second part analyzes the significance of junior high school teachers' oral evaluation from both teachers and students.For students,the evaluation can please the students,promote the development of their intelligence and encourages them to say more.For teachers,it is helpful for teachers to diagnose and feedback the teaching,form a harmonious teaching atmosphere and promote the classroom formation.In the third part,based on the materials of the classroom teaching,the author analyzes the current situation of oral evaluation in the classroom teaching from the quantitative and qualitative aspects.The survey shows that the absence or improper usage of oral evaluation,monotonous evaluation terms,blind evaluation process,unvaried evaluation content and unfair evaluation are exist among high school students in the classroom teaching.In the fourth part,on the basis of both the present situation and the interview results of thejunior high school teachers,the author analyzes the reasons of the existing problems: objective factors include the exam-oriented examination,the merit of the student's grade,the constraints of the preset before class,the lack of special training and assess.All of those problems will influence the oral evaluation in the classroom teaching.The teachers' ideology,different teaching styles,personal bias and teaching skill levels are the subjective factors which will make a great difference to the teachers' oral evaluation in the classroom teaching.In the fifth part,the author puts forward the strategies of promoting the junior high school teachers' classroom oral evaluation level: professional trainings should be organized by schools in order to improve teachers' theoretical level,subject inquires should organized by the teaching and research groups in order to improve teachers' evaluation skills.What's more,on the personal level of teachers,we should attach importance to the motivation of evaluation,improve the evaluation skills,break the evaluation bias on role transformation,adopt all kinds of evaluation methods and focus on the all-round development of students.
