Oral evaluation of teachers is ubiquitous in school life.As a convenient way of evaluation,it plays an important role in teaching effect,teacher-student relationship, students' school life quality and moral growth. As a moral productive force, its influence on students is profound and lasting. Therefore, oral evaluation of teachers can not be ignored in school life. Most of the existing related research starts from the inside of education, and puts it into teaching management and education evaluation. However, oral evaluation of teachers is a special kind of discourse. Therefore,in addition to the theory of pedagogy, the theory of linguistics also has reference value for the study of teachers' oral evaluation. As one of the representatives of CDA,Fairclough's three-dimensional analytical framework has become a widely used and systematic analytical method in the academic circle due to its stability and operability. This study uses this theoretical perspective for reference and adopts the method of combining observation and interview to carry out the research in R Primary School in N City. This study holds that teacher oral evaluation is a moral discourse practice, and the process of teacher oral evaluation is the process of moral production, which is accompanied by the production of moral results.Combined with the research conclusions, this study tries to put forward some suggestions to improve the oral evaluation of teachers,so as to optimize the oral evaluation of teachers, improve the quality of students' school life, and promote the moral growth of students. This study is divided into four parts. The first part analyzes the practical attributes of moral discourse of teachers' oral evaluation, and elaborates Fairclough's view of discourse practice and its theoretical framework of three-dimensional analysis. At the same time,it presents the design ideas of the research on teachers' oral evaluation based on three-dimensional analysis framework. The second part excavates and presents the moral production process of teacher oral evaluation from the perspective of Fairclough's three-dimensional analysis framework. In the text dimension,it mainly focuses on the commonly used vocabulary and rhetoric of teachers' oral evaluation. In the dimension of discourse practice,it pays attention to the "say" and "response" of teachers' oral evaluation. In the dimension of social practice,we focus on the purpose and hidden factors behind teachers' oral evaluation. The third part analyzes the moral results of the oral evaluation of teachers, and finds that the oral evaluation of teachers constructs the image of teachers themselves, produces different students and spectators, and affects the moral atmosphere of schools. The fourth part is based on the above-mentioned findings, from the two aspects of teachers and schools, the improvement of teachers' oral evaluation suggestions: on the one hand, teachers should improve the evaluation concept and evaluation technology, enhance their own professional ethics, and timely reform the education concept; On the other hand, relevant departments should enhance the professionalism of oral evaluation in teacher pre-service education, and schools should also adhere to the perfection of teacher evaluation system, strengthen corresponding training and communication, improve the living environment of teachers, and pay attention to inject care into school culture.
