In modern times,autonomous learning is regarded as a kind of learning way to meet the requirements of the development of the time.In China,autonomous learning is one of the learning methods advocated by current curriculum reform.Therefore,how to cultivate high school students ' autonomous learning ability has become a hot issue in current educational work,however,the high school students in our country have the phenomenon of active learning consciousness,weak self-monitoring ability and passively acceptance of learning process,which makes the high school students fail to use the potential value of autonomous learning.To that end,in this paper,according to the problem of training high school students ' ability of autonomous learning,the author makes a systematic study on the problems of cultivating students ' autonomous learning ability by using the method of "double autonomy” and puts forward 4 strategies of cultivating the independent study abilities of high school student,and carries out the teaching practice.The 1th chapter mainly expounds the problems of the social environment,teachers and high school students,as well as the research status of autonomous learning at home and abroad.The 2nd chapter defines the concept of autonomous learning and introduces the characteristics of autonomous learning and relevant theoretical basis.The 3rd chapter mainly through the questionnaire survey of high school students' data analysis,found in the autonomous learning problems,and find out the reasons.The 4th chapter mainly introduces the teaching strategies of cultivating high school students' autonomous learning ability: adopting the "dual autonomy" learning method,this paper puts forward 4 strategies to cultivate high school students ' autonomous learning ability,and make full use of the Students ' Group study and the Learning method,the assistant role of teachers and the role of team leader toThe 5th chapter mainly uses the 4th chapter's related teaching strategy to carry on the teaching and the reflection to the teaching result in time.The 6th chapter mainly summarizes and forecasts the paper.
