With the rapid development of the information technology in the whole society,information technology has brought about the rapid changes in all aspects of people's life.The development of information technology has an obvious influence on education field of the whole society.Information technology entered education,changed the traditional teaching environment,changed the traditional teaching and learning methods,expanded the scope of teaching objects and enriched the content of teaching.In the context of such a society,in order to achieve better teaching and better study,most of the higher education classrooms' have adopted a hybrid teaching method combining online and o:ffline teaching.So in blended learning,Only through the effective coordination of online and offline learning to make the two types of learning as efficient as possible,can we ensure the high efficiency in blended learning.Students'offline learning has teachers to monitor and adjust,and learners' online learning requires learners to achieve effective self-regulation learning.Self-regulation learning ability is a blended learning environment is critical to the success of online learning as part of that is learners a key to achieve autonomous learning,lifelong learning abili,ty.Therefore,in the mixed learning environment,the students' online self-regulation learning is very important for the improvement of students' mixed learning effect.In this paper,the author on the basis of literature research combined with the observation of the blended learning in colleges and universities found that there are some problems:learners' personal online learning tasks are not clear,personal online learning time has no assurance,learners lack of self-monitoring in online learning and introspection on online learning in the current hybrid learning environment.In order to explore how to promote learners' on-line self-adjusting learning in the blended learning environment,this study in a college education technology professional junior undergraduate class(the experimental group and control group)as the research object,launched a semester of quasi-experimental research,the purpose is to verify the author combined with theoretical research and practical observations of college students learn intervention analysis framework of blended learning environment on-line self-adjusting learning effectiveness in promoting effect,whether the college students on-line self-adjusting learning rather than grades were positively correlated.Through quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis,analysis of experimental results,mining the deep reason behind the experimental results,for the following blended learning environment to promote learners' on-line self-adjusting learning provide certain reference.Specific research steps:First of all,through combing some literature about the existing blended learning,learning analysis,learning intervention,students' self-regulation learning theory,and using for reference results and lessons from the past empirical research,the author concluded the problems of college students self-regulation learning online in the blended learning environment,and designed the framework for the analysis and intervention of learning to facilitate learners' self-regulation study online in the blended learning environment.While developing the learners' questionnaire,this study interview outline,the analysis of the reliability and validity of the questionnaire,our curriculum team meeting,combined with the original teaching design,the design perfect learn intervention framework used in the analysis of blended learning in colleges and universities to carry out teaching practice teaching environment.Finally,at the end of the quasi experiment,through the questionnaire online self-regulation learning ability for the experimental group and the control group and the results were analyzed,the experimental group intervention study analysis framework of this study design satisfaction survey,analysis and application effect of the intervention study analysis framework of this study,the experimental conclusion.The experimental results of this study are:(1)the study of self-regulating learning ability of college students constructed by this study is helpful to learners' self-regulation learning.(2)the study on self-regulating learning ability of college students constructed in this study has a positive correlation with the learning effect of learners.
