With the further development of the national basic education course reform,the promotion and popularization of the information technology and education informationization society to the quality of basic education,especially in primary and secondary school,teachers put forward more higher and urgent demands.It is believed that teachers should follow the change of times,continously enrich themselves and improve their professional level and comprehensive quality.The main way to improve the professional development of in-service teachers depends on teacher training.In recent years,.under the promotion of new curriculum reform and quality education,all provinces in China have strengthened the training of primary and secondary school teachers,and conducted training in various forms and specifications,which not only meet the needs of the school to a high standard of teachers,but also improve the development of the teachers' ability,it proves to that it have obtained effectiveness.However,in the process of teacher training,there are still many problems about training methods,for instance,single training ways,old training content and poor training effectiveness.Faced to the problems existing in the teacher training,it's imminent to innovate and meet the demand of modern education teacher training mode.WebQuest,as a kind of exploratory teaching pattern based on network,based on the constructivism learning theory,under the teacher's organization and guide,students use network resources and combine with the independent inquiry,group collaboration,discussion and other ways of learning teaching mode,which it can cultivate students'ability of inquiry,cooperation and problem solving,meanwhile,it can also promote the development of students' advanced thinking ability.Since in 2001 the introduction of domestic,which has made the attention of many experts,scholars and education workers,and they also apply it to the classroom teaching of primary and secondary school,high school and vocational school.Meanwhile,the model is also gradually used in primary and secondary school teachers training.This paper,which aims at the current problems of teacher training and the advantages of WebQuest teaching mode,analyzes the necessity and feasibility of the mode in primary and secondary school teachers training,and puts forward the mode of design and implementation plan,finally hopes that the model can be applied in the primary and secondary school teachers training.This paper is divided into six chapters.The chapter one is the introduction,it mainly discusses the selected topic background,research purpose and meaning,analyzes the current domestic about the primary and secondary school teachers training,and the research and development status of WebQuest teaching mode at home and abroad,and further puts forward the research contents and methods in the paper.the author also analyzes the innovation of this paper and the shortcomings of the research,and finallyThe chapter two is the theoretical overview of WebQuest teaching mode,and the author mainly introduces the definition,types,elements,characteristics of WebQuest teaching mode and four learning theories of constructing WebQuest teaching mode.The chapter three is the necessity study of the application of WebQuest teaching mode in primary and secondary school teacher training.From the disadvantages of traditional teaching mode.and the advantages of WebQuest teaching mode.Next,the shortage of WebQuest teaching mode to make up for the deficiency of traditional teaching mode,this paper discusses the necessity of its application.The chapter four is feasibility study of the application of WebQuest teaching mode in primary and secondary school teacher training.the author designs the questionnaire survey and interview,which investigate the mode feasibility and recognition of students and training teachers for the model.And finally,the research data are corrected,and the author analyzes the feasibility of the WebQuest teaching mode in the primary and secondary schools.The chapter five is the application and implementation strategy of WebQuest teaching mode in primary and secondary school teacher training,and the author introduces the construction principle,design basis and the problems of WebQuest teaching mode during the design process.Meanwhile,the author applies the case design based on WebQuest to teacher training.The chapter six is summary and prospect,The author discusses the advantages and limitations of WebQuest teaching mode in the paper.At the same time,makes a prospect for the future application of WebQuest teaching mode in the training of primary and middle school teachers.
