The Study On The Cultivation Of Craftsmanship Spirit Of Skilled Talents In Vocational Education

In 2016,both the Government Work Report and the 13 th Five-Year Plan for Economic and Social Development of the People's Republic of China issued by the State Council require the whole society to promote craftsmanship spirit.National Medium and Long-term Education and Development Program(2010-2020)and Made in China2025 also proposes that there is a need of cultivation of skilled talents who can adapt to the new age.Craftsmanship spirit is more and more appreciated by the whole society.And it requires us to date back to the very beginning of craftsmanship spirit to develop vocational education and cultivate the highly skilled talents so that the project will be executed strictly.Focusing on the craftsmanship spirit of skilled talents,together with several methods such as literature research,comparative analysis and experience summarization,the thesis demonstrates that craftsmanship spirit has been in the blood of Chinese people.With noble virtue and delicate skill,the craftsmen show the original force of craftsmanship spirit.Under the background of “Internet +”,which encourages “Made in China” to develop into “Create in China” and globalization,modern craftsmen have been endowed with some new meanings.What's more,it is not only the requirement of the national policy,but also that of every person and every profession.In fact,all the industrial powers in the world need craftsmanship spirit to accumulate the developing strength for their manufacturing industry.Now that it has become a common sense to recognize the necessity and globalization of craftsmanship spirit,every country needs to absorb the primitive power inside it.Besides,the thesis also analyzes some problems in the cultivation of skilled talents' craftsmanship spirit,among which the main contradiction lies in the imbalance between the cultivation of skilled talents' craftsmanship spirit and the demand of the economic development.Under the circumstance of industrial transformation and upgrading and the impendent demand of high-quality skilled talents by every industry,there is a need of exploring the essence of skilled talents' craftsmanship spirit abroad and recognizing that skilled talents cultivated by vocational education is an important part of the talents team and plays an important role in economic development and social progress.Meanwhile,governments also need to reinforce the policy guarantee and the investment of expenditure.Vocational colleges need to improve the quality of cultivating skilled talents,which also needs the society to offer conditions and opportunities.“Spirit of craftsman”,equipped with value orientation of the “three unification”-knowledge and action,dedication and enthusiasm,virtue and talent,once the “spirit of craftsman” is integrated into the cultivation of skilled talents in order to fit in with the developing trend of Chinese manufacturing and satisfy the needs of vocational colleges' running orientation,survival and development,it will help improve the comprehensive ability of skilled talents and promote students' professional careers.Meanwhile,through enhancing the quality ofcurriculum setting and specialty building and boosting the combination of production and teaching together with some other methods,the cultivation of the craftsmanship spirit is to be integrated into each link of vocational education,which will improve the overall quality of the skilled talents with that spirit.
