In recent years,more and more "insulting" incidents have been "brazen" into the public view,constantly impacting our hearts and the bottom line.Once known as the"human soul engineer",the teacher group is in an awkward situation:one is that the basic value of teachers as individual lives is ignored.One side is the criticism and criticism of the media.Many teachers know the pain of students and the hardship of their profession,but they cannot change the external environment.It is not difficult to adapt to the current value system,but unfortunately in the pursuit of the "teacher"profession.Education students become a person of wisdom and morality,which is both the ultimate goal of education and the highest ideal,but the process of achieving this goal is difficult.In this paper,based on the social transition of "shame" events,in the description of the event itself at the same time,from the perspective of education ethics,to the event to rational thinking reflects the education of ethical issues.Although elder scholars or scholars on this issue also from pedagogy,psychology,sociology,ethics and so on many Angle is studied,but from the visual Angle of education ethics,to think the theory article is still rare.Before the full text is divided into five parts:chapter one,two in back education ethics embarks from the education itself on the basis of analyzing the status of "education" because of the ethical implications,in view of the current problems existing in the education,"disgrace" events caused by the bad social influence,proposed the present should attach importance to the education of ethical appeal.The third chapter,through the social questionnaire survey,has obtained some empirical data which is different from the industry researcher's opinion,which provides strong evidence for the argument of this paper.Fourth and fifth chapters as the main part of the paper,aiming at such events of students moral education,education and punishment,teachers' rights and interests protection problems,such as the field of education ethics,this paper put forward the construction of professional ethics education of the right to avoid such events happen again.School education as the medium of the inheritance of human civilization,should reflect the value pursuit of good,in protecting teachers' basic rights and interests,on the basis of transfer valuable culture,realize the students' own development needs.Therefore,the teaching process should not only emphasize the good and good of motive,but also should be morally acceptable.In the current reality,education ethics in China emphasizes the morality of teachers' behavior from motivation and results,resulting in the misconduct of teacher education."Insulting" event in fact is a teacher for his improper education behavior of the "moral",how to avoid such incidents happen again you need to change the teacher's education idea,returned to the teacher education punishment power,regulate the behavior of teachers' education from the system.In addition,still should pay attention to family education and social moral education,regulate the behavior of students,the cultivation of moral awareness of students respect the teachers,as long as in this way can we build a warm and harmonious education atmosphere.No matter how far we go,we must not deviate from the real concern of the thinker and his own concern.As an aspiring young students working in the field of education,through the period of social transition "insulting" event that a special kind of ethical education issues preliminary carding,analysis and argument,so as to derive some,caused the people group to the education of ethical thought.After all,ethical thinking is what we ultimately want to achieve.
