Multicultural curriculum is an important way to implement multicultural education,in the cultural pattern of diversity in unity of environment,Under the environment of "Diverse and Integrated culture",It is of great significance to evaluate the implementation effects of multicultural curriculum and analyze whether multicultural curriculum can exert its unique educational function in the process of implementation,how the effect is,and whether it can ensure its benign development.Ethnic colleges and universities,as an important part of Chinese higher education for ethnic minorities,Ethnic colleges are multicultural areas and an important channel for the dissemination of multiculturalism.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance in the field of multicultural education to study the current situation about the implementation of multicultural curriculum and the satisfaction of students in multicultural curriculum implementation.From the perspective of student satisfaction,the study uses questionnaires to investigate students' satisfaction with multicultural curriculum content,teaching environment,teacher factors,teaching effectiveness,evaluation methods and whether students have significant differences in their satisfaction with multicultural curriculum in terms of gender,ethnicity,grade,and major in Xizang Minzu University.Furthermore,based on the data of the survey,an IPA model for multicultural curriculum is constructed,and then the indicators of each dimension are analyzed.Finally,on the basis of the index weights obtained and the students' evaluation information on the indicators,the score of multicultural curriculum satisfaction of the Tibetan National University is calculated.According to the evaluation results,evaluating the quality of the implementation of multicultural curriculum in Tibet National University.The results show that:(1)The quality level of multicultural curriculum satisfaction in Xizang Minzu university is rated as good,and the implementation of the multicultural curriculum should be improved constantly.(2)The degree of student satisfaction in each dimension of the multicultural curriculum of Xizang Minzu University is as follows:"teachers" "teaching effect""teaching environment" "evaluation method" and "course content".The level of satisfaction felt by students in all dimensions is less than its importance in the students' minds,that indicates there is still a gap between the teaching services provided by Xizang Minzu University and the teaching level expected by the students in the construction of multicultural courses,especially in teaching content and evaluation methods.(3)Under the influence of factors such as gender,ethnicity,grade,and specialty,students' satisfaction with various dimensions of multicultural curriculum is different.There are significant differences in overall satisfaction and the satisfaction of girls than boys,there are significant differences between the "teaching staff" and"evaluation methods" of the multicultural curriculum,but there is no significant difference in overall satisfaction,and the average satisfaction mean is adjacent.In terms of grade factors,the degree of undergraduate satisfaction decreases with the increase of grade.In contrast,graduate students' satisfaction is similar to that of overall satisfaction.In the professional category,the degree of satisfaction of literature and history is higher than the teaching method and the science and technology.(4)The theory of student satisfaction is applicable to the evaluation of multicultural courses.Based on the research findings,the paper finally puts forward five Suggestions for the construction of multicultural courses:?Adhere to the curriculum objectives of equal opportunities and add open and inclusive curriculum content;?Create a harmonious and rich teaching environment;?Cultivate teachers with diverse cultural concepts and abilities;?Improve students' ability of cross-cultural understanding and communication;?Improve the student evaluation system.
