With the advancement of higher education popularization,China's higher education has developed rapidly and its scale has continued to expand.In order to achieve the goal of "two hundred years" to enter the ranks of higher education,it is impossible to rely on scale alone,and quality is the lifeline of higher education development.In 2018,the Ministry of Education issued the Opinions on Accelerating the Construction of High-level Undergraduate Education and Improving the Ability of Talent Cultivation,and put forward that "talent cultivation is the foundation,and undergraduate education is the root.To build a strong country with higher education,we must adhere to " undergraduate education as the fundamental " and accelerate the construction of high-level undergraduate education." Teaching evaluation is an important measure to improve the quality of teaching,there are currently five standards in the evaluation of undergraduate teaching in Chinese universities,and student satisfaction is one of them.It can be seen that student satisfaction is of great significance for the evaluation of undergraduate teaching quality in universities.This article takes the student satisfaction of undergraduate teaching in ethnic colleges as the research theme,and uses the literature research method,questionnaire method,interview method,and statistical analysis method to analyze the overall satisfaction index of students' teaching from the perspective of theoretical discussion and empirical analysis.Five aspects of undergraduate teaching content,teaching form,teaching resources,teaching management,and teaching effect in ethnic colleges and universities are used to study the problems existing in the quality of undergraduate teaching in ethnic colleges.Through a comprehensive analysis about the questionnaire data of the undergraduates of the X ethnic colleges and the review and evaluation experts of undergraduate teaching work of the other five ethnic colleges under the National Civil Affairs Commission in 2018,we found that in the undergraduate teaching of ethnic colleges,there are irrational curriculum settings and lack of high-quality courses;there are problems in the form of teaching and insufficient practical teaching;the infrastructure of teaching resources needs to be improved;there are problems with the major cultivation program;The teaching has not achieved the expected results,and the quality assurance system is incomplete.According to the problems found above,combined with the feedback from the review and evaluation expert group,we propose corresponding solutions:to improve course settings and increase quality courses;to improve the practice teaching form and update teaching concepts;to improve the infrastructure of teaching resources;to adjust major cultivation program;to strengthen the construction of teaching guarantee system.Hope to improve the quality of undergraduate teaching in ethnic colleges...
