Research On Design Of The Synergistic Technology Environment And Synergistic Mechanism For Lecture Preparation

As an effective research organization,collective lecture preparation has been mentioned for many years.However,the inefficiency way and unreasonable mechanism are the huge factor that restricting collective lecture preparation.Therefore,lip-deep discussion or even non-discussion has become common event,as a result,the aim to integrate wisdom of teachers is hard to be achieved.At present,the state strongly supports the development of educational informationization and the information technology that supports collaborative work tends to mature.According to these,it is a necessary and feasible project to construct a collaborative technology environment and synergistic mechanism for optimizing the collective lecture preparation.Based on the analysis of practical in collective lecture Preparation,found that writing,file management and communication are the most direct requirement,and managing the complex information of work is an objective event.Accordingly,a technology environment for synergistic lecture preparation has been established from four aspects:synergistic writing environment,file management environment,instant communication environment and project management environment.Collaborative writing environment and document management take cloud computing as the technical foundation to realize online collaborative writing to improve writing efficiency and obtain convenient documents;Instant communication Environment Supports one-to-one,group sessions,video conferencing,and file transfer capabilities;Project management environment supports presentations and assignments of work information,schedule setting and reminders,tracking progress to optimize the teacher's day-to-day management of busy work items.According to the functional requirements of these four types of synergistic environment,the related collaborative work products were classified and analyzed respectively.And then decide Microsoft Office 365 as synergistic environment based on the collaborative Office capacity,as well as the full coverage of relevant functional modules.synergistic mechanism is an important humanistic factor in collaborative work,so propound synergistic mechanism of Shared Leadership instead of vertical leadership,give play to experts' leading role,and equal dialogue;as well as taking the teachers'contribution into the evaluation system.And then designed two kind of Organizational schemes and realization methods of synergistic lecture preparation:Master-subordinate synergism,Multi-master synergism.The effectiveness of the technical environment and the practicability of the cooperative mechanism are verified by analyzing the date from interview with teachers who had made lecture preparation through the synergistic technology environment and went by synergistic mechanism.
