Every class in the kindergarten has several children of "naughty".For this type of children,teachers feel headache,parents worry about them,because of the lack of correct understanding and the education ideas,so we can not take effective ways of education.This research mainly uses a case study method,the selection of four"naughty" children,through comprehensive observation records "naughty" children in the kindergarten one day living conditions,parents and teacher interaction,to understand young children's characteristics,It mainly records teacher's education method for "naughty" children's violation of discipline,which reflects the teacher's attitude and manner of education of "naughty" children and discusses the causes of"naughty" in this paper.In the study,the researcher found that the main characteristics of "naughty"children were vigorous,active,naughty,disobedient,rule-breaking and clever.In the class,they are not quiet sitting in a chair,like to touch others,don't follow the rules of the game,are easy to cause other to tell on young children's behavior but not belong to the rejected preschool children in the class.Parents of "naughty" children with freedom,loose education attitude.The researcher found that the teacher for the purpose of "naughty" child discipline education mainly include:ensuring the safety of the class children,improving the self-management ability of "naughty"children,promoting the social development of "naughty"children and maintaining the authority of teachers.The discipline education adopted by teachers for "naughty"children mainly include:combining example education with typi cal education,rewarding,Ignoring the behavior of "naughty" children and threatening speech in daily life situations.Through data analysis,the researcher found that the causes of children's"naughtiness" came from three aspects:temperament type,family environment and teacher's unscientific education attitude.As a teacher,should be created with home to the prepared environment,attach importance to the role of teachers' example education,to understand children's inner needs,"naughty" for children "naughty"reward,should pay attention to the art criticism.
