Being naughty and active is the nature of children, especially for the students who are moreoutgoing.Especially on physical education, students’ naughty behavior is particularlyprominent. To some extent,Naughty behavior of physical education for middle schoolstudents may not only affect the normal order of class teaching, but also lead to someembarrassment for the physical education teachers in the process of organizing teaching.As a result, the classroom teaching plans may not be completed smoothly. Therefore,research in this field has very important theoretical and practical value.This study analyses the naughty behaviors in physical education of the students in BeijingSecond Experimental Primary School by using literature material method, classroomobservation, questionnaire survey method and interview method, and explains the causesand main features of the naughty behaviors in P.E. class. On the basis of the students’actual situation, this study indicates the reasons and main features of the naughty behaviorsby observing students’ behaviors and in-depth understanding. By interviewing someteachers and experienced education experts, this study shows some targeted educationstrategies which would offering more opportunities for P.E. teachers to understand studentsbetter.This study shows that:(1) there are three reasons for students’ naughty behaviors inphysical education. Firstly, parents educate their children in the wrong way; secondly, theeducation attitude and methods of the teachers are not scientific; thirdly, students’ owncharacteristics.(2) In different stages of students of physical education, students in gradethree and grade four are more likely to behave naughtily. In a P.E. class, naughty behaviorsappear most in the basic part. And, the percentage of boys’ is higher than that of girls’.(3)The most frequent naughty behaviors have nothing to do with others’ influence while theleast frequent naughty behaviors appear between teachers and students. The ratio ofnaughty behaviors appearing in physical education is lower when teachers participation inthe activities in comparison with physical education without teachers taking part in theactivities.(4) There are three methods which could be used to solve naughty behaviorsappearing in the P.E. class. First, modifying naughty students’ behaviors in a positive way;second, communicating with naughty students with patience; third, praising and motivatingnaughty students opportunely.
