Autonomy has great significance to the individual personality and the development of social adaptability. The study of independent of personal domain is an important clue to that. The development of children’s autonomy not only is relevant to the development of individual ability, but also related to the establishment of the independent authority. Young children distinguish between "self" and the boundary of the others in the independent selection, self control field and affairs, and acquire a dynamic and self independent feeling, reaching the recognition of the self. Through the means of observations and interviews, this study try to get the characteristics of children’s independent and influence factors in the interaction between teacher and children.The results were as follows:from the view of starting point of the interaction, children’s personal affairs provisions of the independent boundary is decided by teachers; the scope of the independence of children’s domain in teachers’concept of personal is different from the reality; Teachers establish personal affairs independent basis for children to not to interfere with the normal, do not threaten children safe, to children, children growing need respect; The teacher to rely on their own subjective judgment through the rule for children’s personal affairs way defined independent range. From the interactive process to see young children’s personal affairs independent range of adjustment is mainly through three forms:teachers to children of active autonomy; For early childhood teachers autonomy occupation; Teachers and children for the autonomy. In the adjustment of the process, the teacher plays the role of authority, control over the whole process.The influence children’s personal affairs development factors on the independent discussion, mainly from the point of view of the teachers to think. Mainly for teachers to children of cognitive ability and power, the connotation of independent cognitive, and their own role orientation and other subjective factors, such as the factors that can affect children develop their own personal affairs. Class poses, safety factors, such as the objective factors for teachers to give children will be free access the influence. Based on the above analysis, the study on the children how to promote personal affairs independent made Suggestions, hoping to help children develop their own personal affairs and the autonomy of children to provide reference information training.
