A new round of the revision of the geography curriculum standard is based on the guiding ideology of "moral values establishment and people cultivation".It is clear that students should have the "core literacy" to meet the needs of lifelong development and social development.Geographical practice ability is one of the four aspects of core literacy of geography.Because of the constraint of examination education for a long time,the cultivation of geography practical ability of high school students in our country has not been paid much attention to.The situation of students'geographical practice ability is worrying,and the development of geography"activity" teaching is not satisfactory.As an important carrier to promote the development of students' abilities,the "activity" section of teaching materials is not ideal,and its value is not fully reflected.It is of great significance to study how to use the teaching material "activities" to cultivate the students' geographical practice,and to promote the transformation of geography teaching methods and implement the"core literacy".The full text is divided into six parts:The first part is introduction.First,it analyzes the background and significance of the research.Secondly,it summarizes the research status at home and abroad and summarizes the research results and existing problems,finally introduces the process of the research and technical routine.The second part defines the concept of "activity" plate and geographical practice ability and analyzes the composition of Geographical Practice ability and the significance and value of cultivating geographical practical ability.Discusses the theoretical basis of using the teaching of "activity" plate and the cultivation of Geographical Practical ability.The third part analyzes the types of "activities" of "geographical I”in Hunan teaching edition,analyzes the characteristics of the "activity" plate and expounds the function of the "activity" plate.The fourth part analyzes the current situation of geography practice of senior one in the form of questionnaire,investigates,statistics and concludes the students have the ability of geographical practice.The fifth partputs forward the principles of cultivating high school students'geography practical ability based on the analysis of the survey results,which are mainly scientific,subjective,open and experiential.On this basis,according to the three types of geographical "activities",this paper puts forward a teaching strategy to cultivate students' geographical practical ability.The sixth part summarizes the conclusions,it points out the prospect of the research and some disadvantages,which makes more experts,scholars,educators and teachers pay attention to "activity" teaching,attach the importance to cultivating geographical practical ability,promote the reform of geography teaching and promote all-round development of students.
