In recent years,the cases of minors' violation have been seen frequently,and have been exposed to the mass media from the mass media,which has aroused widespread concern of the government and the society.The pilot work of minors protection has been launched in some areas of China,and we are committed to explore effective models for the protection of minors.The social workers participate in the practice work of the social service and development center of benefiting minors.The whole course tracks the sub center project of the Y Street predicament for minors,assists the full-time social workers to carry out the first line service and collates the case information of the difficult minors.On the basis of the practice experience,this paper,taking the case of the sub center project of the Y Street predicament for minors protection,describes the practical process of the protection of the social work for the minors in the difficult situation.Through the typical cases,we analyze and discuss the effect and deficiency of the protection work of the minors in the difficult situation of social work,and make the social work for the minors in the predicament.Provide reference suggestions for protection.Based on practical experience,this paper finds that the protection of social work for minors in Y Street predicament has obvious effect through case study.It can make the predicament of minors be effectively solved,the degree of specialization is high,and the service is pertinent,and it can promote the effective integration of the uninsured sources,and not only improve the service,but also improve the service.It also improves the service system of street uninsured work.Practice has proved that professional social workers are the social forces that should not be underestimated in the field of uninsured work.At the same time,it is found that there are some shortcomings in the social work protection of the difficult minors:first,the professional skills of the minor's social work protection are insufficient;second,the service cycle of the social protection of the plight of the minors is short;and third,the referral service of the social work protection for the minors is not available.Guarantee;fourth,the team strength of underage social work protection is not enough.In view of the shortcomings of the social work protection for the minors in the difficult situation,this paper also puts forward some constructive suggestions,so as to promote the development of the uninsured work more professionally and scientifically.
