| In the instruction of constructive play,for teachers in S Kindergarten,there has been confusion on how to deal with the relationship between protecting children’s autonomy and enhancing the level of construction play.In order to study the fact that in the instruction of play,teachers how to deal with the relationship between the two,sum up the beneficial experience,and analyze particularly improper instructional behaviors,in this study,we mainly use the method of natural observation and interview,and select all the teachers instructing in the outdoor large blocks area as the research object,and carry out 13 field observation and video recording,and analyze the 128 events of teachers’ instruction.And then researcher classifies all the events from two dimensions---teachers’ instruction whether to motivate children to continue willingly the construction play and teachers’ instruction whether to achieve their goals,and does statistics and analysis of the status of teachers’ instruction in the outdoor large blocks area and the different instructive effects of teachers from the middle and the top classes and the reasons for the differences.The research results show that teachers in S Kindergarten have better dealt with the relationship between protecting children’s autonomy and promoting the construction play in the half of all events.However,after researcher analyzes the events of improper teacher instructions,it is found that in the instruction of play,teachers have the following acts:1.The contents of the instruction and the play intention of young children do not match;2.The requirements of young children and children’s personality do not match;3.During the instruction,teachers imposed directly their own ideas on children;4.Teachers do not respond to or deny children’s game ideas and requests;5.The requirements of young children and children’s existing experience do-not match. |
