| Outdoor constructive play is an important part of the constructive play.In the outdoor constructive play of kindergarten,children can fully contact with nature in outdoor outdoor venues,operate large-scale construction materials according to their own interests and needs,perceive the material characteristics,give full play to imagination and creativity,and make progress in many fields.The scientific and reasonable guidance of teachers can promote the generation and development of outdoor constructive play in kindergartens,and make outdoor constructive play develop towards a high level.As a new force of kindergarten teachers,novice teachers should promote the level of outdoor constructive play to improve further through proper guidance.In fact,there are many problems in the process of outdoor construction of play guiding.In addition,there are few researches on the guidance of novice teachers in outdoor constructive play in kindergarten.Therefore,this study attempts to analyze the problems on the basis of investigating the current situation of novice teachers in the outdoor constructive play of kindergarten,and then put forward targeted suggestions to promote the guidance level of novice teachers in outdoor constructive play.After summarizing the relevant literature of the guidance of novice teachers in outdoor constructive play,this paper expounds the theoretical basis of the guidance of novice teachers in outdoor constructive play,analyzes the value and connotation of the guidance of novice teachers in outdoor constructive play by using the theory of knowledge construction,the theory of the recent development zone and the theory of Development Suitability practice,and establishes a research framework based on the relevant research.This study selected 16 novice teachers from 3 kindergartens in J City,observed and recorded their guiding behaviors in 32 outdoor constructive play in detail,and finally collected and sorted out 285 guiding behavior events.The research carries on the text sorting and quantitative analysis to these guiding behavior events,and selects the typical events as the strong basis for the argument.At the same time,the research also conducted formal and informal interviews with novice teachers,analyzed and sorted out the interview materials,and then restored the current situation of outdoor constructive play guidance of novice teachers,and analyzed the existing problems.The results show that the problems of novice teachers in the process of kindergarten outdoor construction play guiding mainly include: the individual differences of novice teachers’ guidance frequency are large,the effect of immediate guidance is relatively poor,the control degree of guidance methods is high,and the guidance content is unbalanced.The main reasons for the above problems are the misunderstanding of novice teachers’ outdoor construction play guiding concept,the lack of guidance knowledge and ability,the lack of understanding of children’s outdoor constructive play level,and the lack of kindergarten support for novice teachers.In view of the problems in the guidance process of novice teachers in outdoor constructive play,this study puts forward the following solutions from the novice teachers’ own level and kindergarten level: novice teachers should establish scientific guidance concept of outdoor constructive play,accumulate guidance related knowledge and improve guidance ability,and at the same time,should clarify each child’s outdoor constructive play level.The kindergarten should provide strong support for novice teachers’ professional development,encourage experience exchange between novice teachers and experienced teachers,actively carry out teaching research and training activities on play guiding,and promote novice teachers’ outdoor constructive play guiding level. |
