Meal is the basic protection of children's healthy and harmonious all-round development,and the kindergarten meal is also an important link in the daily routine activities,"Life is education",the implementation of meal education for children can not only facilitate the cultivation of good eating habits of children,but also can promote the development of children's personality and multiple intelligences.The Kindergarten dining has its educational value which cannot be neglected.The main purpose of this study was to investigate the present situation of kindergarten small-class children's meal education,and to investigate the influencing factors of preschool teachers' eating education.In order to cultivate healthy and healthy eating habits of young children,promote the all-round and harmonious development of children,the author will put forward reasonable suggestions.This study is divided into five parts:the first introducing the study of child dining education background and research significance,the concept of meal education,the domestic and foreign related literature review and description of the research purposes and content,research objects,research methods,research process of the elaboration.The second part presents the theoretical basis of the study of meal education.The third part analyzes the data collected,the organization of eating activities and the present situation of eating environment.The forth part analyzes the factors that may affect the teacher's eating education,including external objective factors and teacher subjective factors.Part Five is the discussion of some educational phenomena in the observed teachers' eating education.It is found that the teachers in the implementation of the meal education,education behavior and educational concepts are inconsistent with the situation,such as the teacher will be in the meal education for some educational purposes-eat quiet,but at the expense of their own thought beneficial educational value-Stabilize the child's mood and stimulate the desire to eat.And in the process of eating education has its dilemma,such as the face of child picky eaters should not let children autonomy.The emergence of these educational behaviors is partly from the influence and restriction of the objective conditions,partly from the influence of their own ideas and their own teaching perplexity,these ideas and behaviors mostly point to the treatment of a relationship,the understanding of a relationship--on how to deal with freedom and autonomy.Finally,after the comprehensive analysis of various aspects of the meal education recommendations.
