The kindergarten principal should be a professional who can fulfill both the kindergarten leadership and the management responsibilities.The leadership and growth of the kindergarten principal influence the quality of kindergarten,and then influence the healthy growth of the children and the teachers ' professional diathesis.After the Professional Standards for Kindergarten Principals being made,Through their own efforts,the kindergarten principals show their ideas and practices in programming the kindergarten's development,cultivating the educational culture,leading the child care education,guiding the teachers' progress,optimizing the inner management and adjusting the external environment.The existing research on kindergarten principal mainly concentrates on exploring the strategies and methods of kindergarten principal management,the composition of the leadership of the kindergarten principal,and the way of professional development.These studies provide a lot of theoretical and practical basis for the research of this thesis.In the case study of the kindergarten principal,most of the subjects were excellent kindergarten principal,and there were few case studies on the ordinary young kindergarten principal.This thesis adopts the method of narrative research,with several vivid stories to look back to an ordinary kindergarten principal's career growth stages.From the researcher's view,using the method of case study,through the interviews of the relevant characters and the analysis of the original work documents of the kindergarten principal of X.It stereoscopically shows the development process of the individual in the interaction with the environment.The introduction part elaborates the research reasons,the research methods and summarizes the related research about the kindergarten principal.Between the first chapter and the third chapter,these present three aspects about the establishment of professional ideals and cultivating the educational culture,leading the child care education,guiding the teachers' progress,optimizing the inner management and adjusting the external environment.These three aspects tell the growth process of the kindergarten principal X with several small stories that can explore kindergarten principal of X's ideas,professional feelings and professional ability.Through the analysis of the growth process of the principal X,the fourth chapter presents three factors that affect her growth:the first is internal factors,including firm professional belief,strong learning ability and professional background,good interpersonal communication skills;the second is the working environment including the key persons,the key events and other factors.The third is the development trend of educational collectivization.The fifth chapter concludes the stages of the principal's leadership improvement,shows the experience and practice from the growth stories of the principal of X into the three aspects of value leadership,interpersonal leadership and professional leadership.This study is not only the growth experience of the principal of X,but also the author's thinking and exploring,from which we can see the expectations,mission and responsibility in the principal' growth.The growing process of a kindergarten principal is a dynamic process,which is a process of continuous enrichment,development and improvement of itself.In addition,under the background of the preschool education's fast development,both the new kindergartens and the demand of kindergarten principal increase rapidly.Study on the kindergarten principal's growth can help the excellent diligent teachers quickly grow as the kindergarten principal,which can also shorten the training cycle and reserve talented person for the kindergarten principal positions.
