Kindergarten principals are the important leading power and a measure of thequality of a weathervane in the development of Kindergarten. Their quality directlydetermines the fate and prospects of development of the kindergarten, the principal ofthe growing influence of temperament and teachers’ professional level, affecting thehealth of children in the garden, Therefore we can see the important role of principals.By using a case study, this study showed how a kindergarten (principal Z) grow froma novice teacher to a outstanding principal step by step, which not only conducive tothe kindergarten teachers professional growth and t is also a very good reference tothe new principal.By using interviews, documents and other research methods, this study tells thestory of the principal Z.After the interviewed principal of Z, principal Z’s colleagues,family, children and parents, read the principal Z lesson plans, lecture recording,observation notes and certificates, etc. Based on the analysis of these raw datacollected literature, I use narrative proposal strokes to show the growth process ofprincipal Z, and I will divide it into four phases:” Preliminary exploration toPreschool teachers”. This period is mainly about principal Z, as a novice teacher,trying to adjust herself and get real understanding of early childhood teachers inteaching practice.“My teaching life--professional adaptation period”. After a decadeteaching career with rapid development process stage, she became the research groupleader and taught director, which established the k key position in the kindergarten.She was thirst for knowledge of learning and teaching theories to be a TeachingResearch teacher.“Principal’s Prelude-vice principal “The change from the generalmanager to the role of the park absolute leader “I’m energetic—being aprincipal”,which focus on how principal Z was responsible for the Kindergarten,and help the entire park staff to overcome the difficulties, in terms of ideology andculture and the ability to further hone the business, in which she show a goodguideline direction the development of the park while shaping the spiritual force.The growth process of principal is a dynamic process which containskindergarten growth process itself and development and improvement process. Basedon the analysis of principal Z growth, I believe that there are mainly two factors thatinfluence her growth: First, the internal factors, mainly referring to the rich job experience, professional firm belief that self-awareness development, goodleadership skills, good interpersonal skills, etc. The second factor is external, whichcontains key players, key events, and other factors. The principal A and teacher Z atthe beginning Z is the key figures that affect her growth. The first open class teachingand research conferences are key events to her growth.
