The practice of democratic education has an indispensable influence on students in primary school.This influence will be accompanied by the growth of students and influence their awareness and behavior in the public life.The practice of democratic education will enable the consciousness of democracy to take root in their hearts.Once the root of democracy is not accurately settled,students will always have a mistrust of democracy and affect the participation of students in democratic life.The democratic election of class cadres in primary school is the simplest way for students to practice their democratic rights,and students can feel the democracy most directly.Therefore,it is also very important for students to have a democratic election in primary school.In this process,whether all schools can truly practice the class cadre democratic election,we must go to the field observation,only can discover the true status quo.According to research needs,the author selected the suitable experimental school,observation and interview,in the school for interviews and observations,analysis the reason,combined with literature review and theoretical knowledge,put forward the corresponding solution strategy.Study of its own problems,the writer uses qualitative research methods,mainly methods of interviews and observation,chose the right in the school the research object,the object of study on track interviews and observation,summarizes in the N of elementary school,the class cadre election problems existing in the process,and thus derived class cadre elections in similar school there will be a problem.These problems mainly include the teachers of arbitrary,the socialization of the students in the process of the election,procedural surface during the election process,the privateness of the students in the process of the election.Aiming at these problems,the author from the aspects of school system,teachers,parents and students themselves four aspects are analyzed,and the obtained from student external(school system,teachers and parents)and internal factors will affect the students in the process of democratic election class cadre behavior,which affect the students' democratic consciousness and behavior.After the analysis of the cause of the predicament of democratic election,the author according to the relevant research literature,in combination with the reality,put forward the corresponding opinions and suggestions,expounds how to go to primary school class cadre election democracy.
