On The Cultivation Of The Students' Sense Of Democracy

To build a democratic, rich and civilized great power with social modernization is our goal. The basis of enhancing the construction of social democracy is to buildup the democratic consciousness of the whole citizen. The moment of the high school for a person is the key period of life, and the Weltanschauung and philosophy of a person is gradually formed at the stage of the high school. Training actively the consciousness of the students who study in high school is not only related to the development of education but also to the future of a nation and a country. Hence, it is very important to research the training of democratic consciousness of these students.The thesis is composed of four parts.The first part: democracy and democratic consciousness. Democracy reflects the relationship among persons, and is a manner in which persons make the decision by themselves, and it also means the decision is made by themselves. The essence of democracy is independence. Democracy is not only a kind of political system but also a kind of life and mode of intention, and democracy needs the strong basis of morality. Democratic consciousness is democratic concept of persons, and a kind of clear cognition of all of democratic rights, including the consciousness ofegality, freedom, allowance and legal system, and so on.The second part: the importance of training democratic consciousness of the students. Strengthening the training the democratic consciousness is the need of building the social political civilization, and the need of optimizing the relationship among persons, and also the need of promoting the full development of human.The third part: the lapsus of the training of democratic consciousness of the students.
