Since the beginning of the reality TV show,it has quickly formed a competitive advantage with its unique program form,and then gradually took root in the fertile soil of Chinese TV media.As China's sports strength increasing,the reality show also developed as "spring",and by the 2016 Olympics in Rio this "dongfeng",raised a hot wave of sports TV variety shows.More than 20 sports reality shows have been featured on various TV screens,creating a TV cultural landscape that cannot be ignored.But with the show's debut,the seemingly red-hot reality TV show has encountered a new problem:the popularity of sports reality shows is generally low,and there is no phenomenon.The standard in television's recognized phenomenon is the national audience rating of more than 2 percent.None of the programs reached the standard.Why do more than 20 shows start without a phenomenon?This has to examine the problems behind it,and also causes the study of this phenomenon in this paper.Research based on the perspectives of media culture,and introducing the basic theory and method of the paradox from sports reality TV show "hit the cold viewing"phenomenon,this paper use critical thinking reality dialectical view of the sports,the deep exploration of the physical reality show some paradox sexual phenomenon,and deeply analyzes the nature of physical reality,which is a kind of money,sports and entertainment idols interactive mixed cultural goods,further interpret the cause of the paradox of sexual phenomenon in a physical reality,trying to the transformation and development of the sports show the future to provide feasible Suggestions.In particular,the paradox in this study is not fallacious,and it is not a proposition that we understand in the traditional sense.It's about statements epilogue,the body is composed of five chapters,the full text to identify and study relevant literature,media text of deconstruction and interpretation,the real case of collection and dialysis,the reality of sports in-depth anatomy,the paradox of sexual problems at the same time,the development of sports reality TV show in the future provide feasible Suggestions.The introduction partly explains the research problem,and the popularity of sports reality shows but low audience rating is the starting point of this study.At the same time,the concept of sports reality show,paradox and other related concepts are also detailed in the introduction,so as to lay a foundation for the analysis of the essence of sports reality show.In addition,the research purpose and significance,basic ideas and methods,innovation and deficiency of research achievements are also elaborated in this part.The first chapter is a macroscopic understanding of sports reality show,which is a visual culture of "trinity" of sports,society and media.Sports reality show is a visual culture,which brings visual feast to the audience.Secondly,the development of sports reality shows is not only related to
