| BACKGROUND&OBJECTIVE:Cardiopulmonary endurance is an important indicator of physical fitness level.In the actual testing process,different test items can be selected.The endurance test items selected in China’s student physical fitness assessment are 1000m(male)and 800m(female).In foreign countries,more use is made of 1 mile run,20m round-trip run,and 12-minute run.In the test of endurance,different students showed different characteristics of heart rate variability.The test results showed that the level of endurance of students was not the same.This study compares the effectiveness of different projects in testing students’ aerobic endurance levels through practical tests,and the characteristics and trends of changes in students’physiological indicators during the testing process.The differences and internal relationships between measurement results of different projects are compared to expect a student’s endurance test.Choose effective,reliable and safe test items to provide theoretical guidance and practical reference.Research Methods:This research uses literature data method and test method,collects and sorts out the relevant achievements and development status of college students’ endurance test research field,analyzes the current domestic and foreign researches on the dynamics of aerobic endurance,and strictly follows the test plan.144 undergraduates(89 boys and 55 girls)from Nanjing Normal University were selected to test different endurance programs.Test items are 1000m(male)or 800m(female),1 mile run,20m round-trip run,12-minute run,get test data of test scores,exercise heart rate,etc.for each item,and rank correlation analysis is used to rank the results of test results.the study.Research result:(1)Change in subject’s exercise heart rate:During the test of 1000m(male)and 800m(female)running subjects,the heart rate of the recipient was characterized by rapid increase in heart rate and high exercise intensity;20m round-trip,1 mile and 12 min The running performance of the project’s heart rate is a gradually rising-stable change characteristic,all of which reflect the gradually increasing exercise load.The maximum heart rate was 191.6 beats/min for boys and 191.8 beats/min for girls.(2)Time distribution of exercise intensity:In the test process of each item,the student’s intense intensity exercise time accounted for more than 72.8%.Among boys,the highest percentage of intense intensity exercise time is 1000m runs,which is 89.4%8.4%;the largest proportion of high-and medium-intensity exercise time is 20m round-trip running,which is 12.2%±6%and 11.7%±,respectively.10.3%.Among the girls,the most intense exercise time is 800m,which is 89.10%±10%;the highest proportion of high-and medium-intensity exercise time is 20m round-trip,which is 12.10/%±9.1%and 8.1%respectively8.7%.(3)The correlation analysis between the results of the endurance test and the maximal oxygen uptake of male and female students shows that the correlation between the test values of 20m round-trip and 12min run and the maximum oxygen uptake is the highest,and that of male and female students respectively reaches R=0.836,R=0.810 and R=0.838,R=0.811,highly correlated(P<0.01),and the correlation was statistically significant;and the correlation coefficient between the 1000m(male)800m(female)run and V02max was R=-0.620,R=-0.626,there was a moderate negative correlation between the two(P<0.01),and the correlation was statistically significant;the correlation coefficient between 1 mile run and V02max was R=-0.610 respectively.R=-0.532.There was a moderately negative correlation between the two(P<0.01),which was statistically significant.(4)The absolute value of the rank correlation coefficient between male and female test items is between 0.583-0.870,the highest is 0.870(20m round-trip run and 12min run),the lowest is 0.583(1 mile run and 12 min run);The absolute value of the rank correlation coefficient between the two projects is between 0.617-0.846,the highest is 0.846(20m round-trip run and 12min run),the lowest is0.617(800m and 12min run).Conclusion:(1)During the test of each item,the subjects showed different characteristics of exercise intensity.Subjects in the 1000m and 800m subjects had greater heart rate variability,and subjects had higher exercise intensity and exercise risk.The 20-rmeter round-trip run and 12-minute run subjects’ overall heart rate performance gradually increased to a stable characteristic,showing a movement load.The increasing level of the characteristics of the subjects has a lower risk of movement.(2)The 20m round-trip run and 12min run can be used as an indicator to evaluate the level of aerobic endurance of college students.It has a high degree of validity,can accurately estimate the maximum oxygen uptake.and the method is simple and easy.(3)There is a significant correlation between the rankings of the test results of each endurance project,and the ranking of the test results of each item is of good consistency.Regardless of the type of project,subjects with high endurance levels always rank relative to the test results better.The 20M round-trip,1 mile and 12 minute runs are highly interchangeable with each other,while the 800m or 1000m mutual replacements with other projects are relatively low. |
