With the Development of Curriculum Reform,School-based Curriculum Development has become an important measure of New Curriculum Reform in China.Teachers as the main body of School-based Curriculum Development,the importance of their participation in school-based curriculum development has attracted wide attention.However,there is still a certain distance between the ideal and reality of teachers' participation in school-based curriculum development.there are still a lot of problems in the development process,and it is urgent to solve the problem.Based on the above reasons,this paper tries to understand the current situation and find out the problems,and then tries to analyze the causes and put forward solutions.This article is based on the preliminary discussion about the current situation,connotation,theoretical basis,value and form of teachers' participation in the development of school-based curriculum,and mainly through questionnaires and interviews,taking 489 primary school teachers in Jinan City,Shandong Province as a sample.Their basic idea,participation breadth,participation mode,time cost and support system of the school-based curriculum development are investigated in detail.The survey found that: at present,primary school teachers have a high level of cognition on the basic elements,development value and subject status of school-based curriculum,their attitudes and enthusiasm are relatively high,and their development activities are supported by a certain degree inside and outside school.all these are worth approving.However,in the investigation also exposed that there are still many problems in the participation of primary school teachers in the development of school-based curriculum,mainly in the following aspects: the misunderstanding of related knowledge,the serious shortage of development time,and the relatively weak organization and management,expert guidance is scarce and inefficient.Through an in-depth understanding of the root causes and impact factors of the problem,the author analyzes the deviation of teacher's role orientation and the deficiency of curriculum knowledge ability,and the defect of curriculum management mechanism in school are the main causes of the problems.In order to solve the above problems in the school-based curriculum development,the author puts forward the following practical strategies in Chapter 5th:teachers can form a new and correct curriculum consciousness.to build acomprehensive curriculum theory knowledge system and carry out multi-level and multi-dimensional school-based curriculum action research to enhance the effectiveness of their participation in school-based curriculum development;Schools must provide a strong guarantee for teachers to participate in the development of school-based curriculum,for examples,schools can improve the curriculum leadership of principals,set up a scientific and standardized management system of school-based curriculum development,improve flexible and effective school-based curriculum development training,optimize objective and fair teacher assessment and evaluation.the implementation of flexible management of teachers teacher management and so on;Also through the cooperation between teachers,regional cooperation,and the cooperation of curriculum experts to set up a school-based curriculum development community.Through the above strategies,some problems of school-based curriculum development can be solved relatively effectively,and can improve teachers' participation consciousness,ability and quality,and make them become the core participants of school-based curriculum development.
