In order to achieve the general goal of curriculum reform of "promoting students' all-round and individual development",the Department of Education of Zhejiang Province issued the guiding opinions on deepening the curriculum reform of compulsory curriculum education in 2015,the document pointed out that primary and secondary schools should offer extended curriculum for all students to participate,which allows students to choose their own courses for individualized and diversified education.After 6 years of practice and exploration,some primary and middle schools in Hangzhou have constructed an expanded curriculum system with school characteristics to meet the development needs of students.At the same time,the primary and secondary school teachers in Hangzhou have also accumulated useful experience.But the development of expanded curriculum is not easy and it is still a big project for teachers.This thesis takes Hangzhou elementary school teachers as the survey object of investigation to explore the challenges and problems faced by teachers in the development of extended curriculum through investigation method.In addition,it aims to analyze the reasons of the problems to provide corresponding improvement strategies for more scientific and effective curriculum development.The first chapter is the introduction,which includes the reasons of the development of extended curriculum for teachers,the meaning of the research and corresponding research methods.Besides,based on literature combing method,it discusses the connotation of expanded curriculum at home and abroad,problems of teacher's curriculum development,influencing factors of curriculum development and strategies for improvement.The second chapter presents the results of the questionnaire survey from four dimensions: the actual situation of the extended curriculum development,the concept and cognition of the teachers' extended curriculum development,the influence factors of teachers' curriculum development and the improvement strategies of the curriculum development.The third chapter summarizes the problems that primary school teachers are facing in the process of the development of extended curriculum based on the investigation of the current situation of the development of teachers' curriculum.There are some problems,such as teacher' weak ability of curriculum development,high time cost of curriculum development,lack of curriculum resources and low willingness of teachers to develop curriculum,difficulties in the development of high-quality curriculum.Based on this phenomenon,the thesis analyzes the causes of the problem and there are four reasons.Firstly,there are defects in the various evaluation,incentive and management mechanisms of the school.Secondly,teachers lack the subject consciousness,cooperative consciousness.Thirdly,the education administration department needs to perfect the system of teachers' post-service training,curriculum review and supervision systems,and curriculum development guarantee mechanisms.Fourth,the pre-service training system of teachers needs to be improved,that is,teacher education lacks the content of curriculum development theory and practice,and the teacher qualification examination lacks relevant assessment content.The fourth chapter puts forward suggestions to improve the status quo of the development of extended curriculum based on the reason analysis.Schools should improve the evaluation,incentive and management mechanisms for various curriculum development.Primary school teachers should deepen their professional knowledge of the curriculum,build a cooperative community,deepen the student-oriented concept,and improve their action research capabilities.The education administrative department should improve the post-service training of teachers,strengthen the review and supervision of school courses,and improve the guarantee mechanism for curriculum development.The teacher pre-service training system should add relevant courses,strengthen the practical requirements of curriculum development,and increase the assessment content of teacher qualification certificates to improve the theoretical and practical level of teacher curriculum development.
