Special education has always been a very important part of our country's education business,with the continuous increase of special students,rising in the number of special education school,so,how to do special education school student management work also appears more and more important.Therefore,how to better according to the different features of the education object to complete special student management,improve the quality of special school education teaching management,really help special students health growth,has become the nowadays we research topics of mutual interest.In this study,DL School,Shanghai City,Xuhui District as a case study,the school is a leading representative of Shanghai special education school,schools for ten consecutive years by the Xuhui District people's government awarded the title of"civilized unit".In addition,also was named Shanghai municipal education commission for "special education demonstration school of Shanghai".Therefore,it is of great practical significance to select the university as a case study,which can provide reference for other special schools in the future.This research through the physiological and psychological aspects of in-depth analysis of the characteristics of the different education objects,with three empirical research methods about combining questionnaire investigation,interview method,observation method of participation,into the classroom,a comprehensive understanding of student management,lasted four months,has collected abundant data.The survey results show that the safety management and mental health management of the school are the top priority of the whole student management work,while for the students' curriculum,the school focuses on the practicality of the curriculum.Two typical students in this study were also studied and analyzed.One of them is an autistic child with a mild IQ and a relatively mild condition;Another is a relatively severe form of autism with aggressive behavior.In detail,the changes of the case study subjects during the whole intervention training or psychological rehabilitation process were evaluated and the results were validated and feedback.Through two case studies that,firstly,how to maximize the effectiveness of individualized program in the future.Secondly,training program,observation logs and other records should be detailed and focused.Thirdly,the successful implementation of all program requires the cooperation and efforts of families,schools,hospitals and even society.Fourthly,the same kind of special students have similar growth trajectory,when making a personalized management scheme,the school education to personalized characteristic of objects and separate from the characteristics of the categories of special children,cannot be completely separated but not blindly follow.Finally,further explore the students' management practice experience based on education,and the conclusion part also puts forward other opinions and suggestions on this subject.
