The Research On The Educational Management Of Vocational School Students In Special Families

With the rapid development of economy in modern society,people' thought vary greatly.Especially the changing of marriage leads to the rising divorce rate.The number of special family like single-parent,divorced and reconstituted are also increasing yearly.The education of children from special-family has many problems.Some parents are busy with their job and they are unable to supervise their children.Some parents are rough and lack of patience,so they will scold and beat their children for punishment.Some children are spoilt--their parents give them everything they want.Many children have psychological problems,which brings difficulties to school's education management.In vocational schools,the number of special-family students are increasing gradually.This paper takes S vocational technology education center for example and analyzes the school management situation of special-family students.Also it analyzes the cause of management problems which exists in the special-family students.At last,it gives the suggestion on school management strategies of special-family students.In the group of special-family vocational school students,most of them have the feeling of sensitivity and self-abasement.Because of broken families,they can't get love from both of their parents and they are easy to have psychological problems.In addition,they enter the vocational school,which makes them feel different from their former classmates in the middle school.The special-family students are unsociable,depressive,impetuous,also they have extreme ideas and a pessimistic view of the world.The mentality will badly impact on the development of students' feelings,volition and morality if it weren't corrected.It even leads to the juvenile crime.The special-family students constantly make trouble when they are at school.Teachers classify them as “problems students”.This part of the students becomes more difficult to manage in the school.Because we confront the students who have different environment,different background and different personality,we must take different education management methods and means.This paper is divided into four parts.The first part is introduction,briefly introduced the research purpose and significance of the research topic;the second part takes S vocational technology education center for example and analyzes the school management situation of special-family students,including the fundamental information,management situation and problems existed in the education management.The third part analyzes the cause of problems existed in the management to the special-family students in S vocational technology education center,including the cause of students themselves,not carrying out the management measures of school and weakening the family education function.The fourth part gives the suggestion on the school management strategies to special-family students,including strengthening the system construction and doing well in the school management of special-family students;establishing a team of high-quality teachers and ensuring the healthy growth of students;strengthening in and out of the classroom management;attaching great importance to moral education;strengthening the construction of campus culture;strengthening the parent-school cooperative.As a headteacher in secondary vocational school,my principle objective is to manage the class well and establish the harmonious relationship between teachers and students,so I start to focus on the group of special-family students.I make the transformation of students as my main work.I hope that the research of this paper can guide my class management work.I will do well in the management according to different situation of students and not hurt their feelings as far as possible.I'll try my best to make special-family students get rid of psychology problems and promote the healthy development of the students both physically and mentally.I want to cause more and more people to think about the management of special-family students.
