Modern society has entered the "Internet +" era of scientific and technological informatization.With the development of educational informatization,China is constantly adjusting the requirements of information literacy for Teachers in China.Currently,Education informatization in China has entered 2.0.Aiming at the research topic of teacher information literacy,this study selects a nine-year school in the national smart education demonstration area as the research object,mainly studying the information literacy level of teachers in this school,and the differences in the performance of teacher information literacy among different teacher groups divided by demographic statistics.Investigate the information construction of the school,analyze the factors affecting the further improvement of the information literacy level of teachers in the school,and put forward suggestions for improvement according to the survey results.This paper draws on ma Xinyan's "Teacher Information Literacy Measurement Scale" for primary and secondary schools to compile a Questionnaire for The Current Situation of Teacher Information Literacy Research,and makes a holistic sampling of teachers in SCHOOL H.SPSS25.0 is used for statistical analysis of the survey data,and an interview Outline for Teacher Information Literacy compiled by the author is used for further understanding.The results show that :(1)the average score of information literacy of teachers in H school is 3.94,which is between "average" and "large".(2)There are differences in the information literacy of teachers in H school.(3)There are significant differences in the information literacy of teachers in H school in age,teaching age and professional title,while there are no significant differences in gender,educational background,subject taught,grade taught,whether they are teachers in charge or not,and whether they are in charge of administrative work.Through the research,it is found that the problems existing in the development of teachers' information literacy mainly include(1)teachers' weak awareness of using information technology to help students learn.(2)Teachers' ability to carry out innovative teaching relying on information technology is weak.(3)The ability of information technology to serve the teaching content of the subject is weak.(4)the depth of teachers' understanding of information ethics is not enough,and their attention to information security is not enough.Analysis of the causes of teachers' information literacy includes the following factors: Among external factors,there is less communication at the regional level;Teachers lack independent learning channels;The goal of information construction is not clear and the management is in disorder.The training effect of information literacy is not obvious;Among the internal factors,teachers' willingness to use information technology is not strong and they lack intrinsic motivation.The learning ability of teachers needs to be further improved.According to the problems found in the survey,relevant strategies are proposed: First,the government should improve teachers' public service ability and level,standardize resource construction,and improve the training effect of teachers' information literacy.Secondly,the school should create a practical environment conducive to the integration of information technology for teachers;Sort out the existing platforms,optimize management,and encourage the development of teachers' innovative information-based teaching ability.Finally,teachers should attach importance to teaching design based on student development and learn time management to improve work efficiency.
