Workplace learning, as a kind of learning style combined between workplace andlifelong learning, is the hot issue in the field of Education and Human Resource. Alongwith the rapid development and spread of the new media and technology, the style of thelearning and work in the workplace has changed a lot. And with the coming of theknowledge economy ages, the knowledge allowance for depreciation increasescontinuously, the school education has not met our demands in workplace. In order toimprove the competitiveness of the organization, organization and its members need toinquiry new learning style to adapt the development of the work-learning environment.Learning Cell is a new type of organization model of ubiquitous learning resourcethat can better support the informal learning, and meet the learning demand ofubiquitous learning, and has the characteristic of ubiquitous, miniaturization, evolution,generative, intelligent, connectivity and so on. The Learning Cell has realized thefunction of collaborative editing, social cognitive network share, visual tag navigatorand semantic resource aggregation, can record and absorb the process information oflearning and the human resource information.Based on the introduction of knowledge creation and the framework of the threemetaphors for learning, the research is focused on the learning style and learningprocess of the virtual&reality workplace learning supported by the learning cell systemfrom the perspective of Knowledge Creation. Based on the survey of the meaning,characteristics, classifications, and the research status of the workplace learning, theresearch summarized the problems of the separation between working and learning, lackof the consciousness of knowledge management, large population flows, the loss of thevaluable collective knowledge. Based on the framework of the three learning metaphors,the research designs the learning style of the virtual&reality workplace learning. Thislearning style has the core of Collective Knowledge Base and the Construction of Social Cognitive Network, and has four spaces as the supporting elements which are the spaceof Coordination and Communication, the space of Knowledge Sharing and Creation, thespace of Work Task, and the space of Personal Learning. Based on this, the researchconstructs the three-stage workplace learning process, they are the stage of acquiringknowledge&skill, the stage of participating the work&task, and the stage ofsystematic knowledge creation. At last, the research tracked the learning process of theworkplace learning supported by LCS of the LCT, validated the effects through thequestionnaire survey and the form of an interview survey. The survey result found thatthe effects to the LCT, and also found there are some problems in LCSWL. At last, thereare some resolution strategies.
