Educational fairness is an extension and embodiment of social equity in the whole education area.With the development of socialization in China,to build a harmonious society fairness and education fairness is very important.And education fairness is by no means a lower average level of education,not to return to eliminate differences,extinguish hierarchy,diversity,extinguish characteristics,famous brand of the single and the state of chaos.Building a harmonious society need education fairness and justice,should be a better,higher level of education,is a high level of popularity and balanced development,high quality education of high quality education system.However,in our country,there are still many unfair problems,especially the education of country area.County vocational education fairness is the extension and embodiment of education fairness in the field of education,which is an important part of education equity.But at present it's very unequal between urban and rural education in our country,therefore,as the cohesion of the development of county education between urban and rural areas is the emphases and difficulties of China's education,and county secondary vocational education as the top priority.This article mainly around the county secondary vocational schools in Shangqiu Minquan secondary school,by analyzing and researching on the education unfair problems,the article starts with the survey of the students in Minquan vocational education center,found that the current secondary vocational schools at the county level in the recruitment of students employment unfair problems,the allocation of resources,etc.The middle part of the article mainly analyzes the causes of Minquan vocational education center school education unfair phenomena,in addition to find information in the process of analysis is also specially consult vocational education expert Professor Junjie Lu,then come to the conclusion that the main cause of secondary vocational school education at the county level unfair government policy guidance,education funds inadequacy,as well as the limits of secondary vocational school,and many other factors.At the end of the article,the paper puts forward some Suggestions on the reasons for the unfair reasons of education in the county level,including the government policy,social help and reform of the school itself.The whole article aims to study the unfair phenomenon of education in vocational schools at the county level,and hopes to promote education fairness and social equity by improving the unfair phenomenon of education,to solve the problem of the secondary vocational school's problems of educational fairness.
