The socialist core value reveals,which is the inheritance and development of Marx's theory of scientific socialism,three aspects of socialist basic value pursuit.Specific analysis of specific issues is the living soul of Marxism.The socialist core values can not be floated on the surface,nor can it be divorced from reality.In fact,it must be targeted,so as to use the development of Marxism to guide our great practice of socialism,and the core values of socialism should be rooted.Education fairness is the embodiment of social fairness in the field of education,and is the extension of fair rights in the field of politics,economy and culture in the field of education.This paper focuses on the development of education.From the elements of the socialist core values,several core concepts,which are valuable and full of guiding significance,are extracted from the basic education development in China.Along the main line of the socialist education fair,the freedom,equality,justice,the rule of law are summed up as the core elements of the socialist education fair value system through its connotation of the comprehensive analysis.The paper analytically points out that the socialist education fairness embodies the essential attributes and the realistic demand of educational fairness,and it is the core educational value that can guide the fair practice of education in our country effectively.Marx believes that the problem is the slogan of the times.Northwest region in China's education fairness development has a typical contrast effect,is an urgent need to be realistic care of the uneven areas of education.Based on the combination of theoretical and empirical research,this paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the fairness of basic education in Northwest China in the combination of general and typical research.From the three major issues: "What is the concept of socialism education fairness? What are the status,problems and reasons of poverty in the Northwest of China's education? How to promote the fairness of education under the guidance of socialist education?" From the perspective of values,education is fair to examine,and in the analysis process,the evaluation model of educational equity can be summed up.This paper consider the problem of education inequality in the northwest region has a verycomplex subjective and objective factors.But the key is the social awareness of the fair value of education,which is not in place,leading to the implementation of education in the lack of effective values guidance,resulting in many problems of education inequality.How to guide the fairness of education with a scientific value is the fundamental way to solve the unfairness of education from the deep level.This paper analyzes the factors influencing the development of basic education in Northwest China from the aspects of realistic and objective perspectives,the influence of subject concept,the national system,the construction of government system,the current educational model and the construction of social rule of law.Through a comprehensive analysis,this paper believes the objective condition which is the real soil of the education in the northwest region.The lack of the concept of "people-oriented" is to aggravate the ideological roots of educational injustice.The "Calisthenic division" of urban and rural areas is the institutional incentive that the educational opportunities in the northwest are unfair.The structure of the system under the examination-oriented education is the dilemma of the mechanism of education inequality.It is not recognized that the essence of education fairness is the source of the rule of law.On the basis of clarifying the causes of the problems,this paper puts forward four countermeasures to strengthen the construction of the law rule from the perspective of people-oriented,ensuring the equality of rights and opportunities,ensuring the process of educational implementation,and so on.From the perspective of the present situation and problems of education fairness in northwest China,effective practical guidance is provided to promote education fair in northwest China.The overall framework of this paper is: theory,logic,history,data,problems,causes,countermeasures.This study takes the Marxist view of educational fairness as the starting point,and takes the theoretical achievement of Marxism in China-the socialist core values as the theoretical basis,the social level of socialism,in the level of freedom,equality,justice,rule of law,focuses on the development of basic education in China,especially in the five provinces of the basic education in the history of the process of review for the data support to fully build a well-off society in the northwest of the basic education as the object to the east and west,especially the basic education in the five provinces in the northwest.Why is there a large gap between the problem-oriented,typically the poverty-stricken areas of Gansu Province,primary and secondary school students? And the questionnaire data analysis is the evidence,and finally how to eliminate the northwest areas of basic education gap is put forward,so as to achieve fairness of education is a number of countermeasures and thinking.
