Fairness Problems And Countermeasures Research Of Guangdong Vocational College's Self-enrollment Policy

China has been focusing on educational policy reform.College entrance examination has always the main way to dominate the world.Higher birth of self-enrollment policy aroused heated discussion.Higher self-enrollment is to expand the autonomy of Higher Colleges Admission and deepening the Reform of Higher Vocational Colleges independent enrollment system.Large-scale pilot projects are begun in 2011 in Guangdong Province.The original intention of the policy is to make up a single entrance selection methods and evaluation methods to achieve educational equity.However,in the implementation of the self-enrollment process there were some self-enrollment questions contrary to the original intention.Education starting point is not fair.Admissions process is not transparent.Admission results are not fair and there are other unfair phenomenons.For these reasons,the public have a lot of questions about self-enrollment policies for Vocational.From the perspective of equity,with questionnaires,interviews,comparative research and literature analysis and other methods,combined with the author's work experience,relevant literature and the theory of vocational self-enrollment policy for the interpretation,the author focuses on equity issues independent admissions policies to explore the reasons for the problem and makes recommendations.This thesis consists of four parts:In the introduction the author in the first part of the study describes the origin and background and proposes contents of this paper,significance,research methods according to the status of the development of self-enrollment.Then the self-enrollment of domestic and overseas development conducted a literature review in order to present study theoretical foundation.The second part introduces the theoretical basis of self-enrollment policy in Guangdong Higher Vocational College in Guangdong and self-enrollment policy for the interpretation.The status of development in Guangdong Higher Vocational Colleges was analyzed.The third part is to analyze self-enrollment policy's problems and causes of unfairness according to the development situation of Guangdong Higher Vocational College Vocational Colleges.According to the findings of independent recruitmentfair by analyzing security problems,find out the existence of self-enrollment fairness problems and their causes.Take this opportunity to explain the impact of Guangdong Higher Vocational Colleges self-enrollment's unfairness and show resolving equity issues self-enrollment policy is imminent.According to the fourth part of the current development of independent admissions policy I propose countermeasures to safeguard Guangdong Vocational Colleges self-enrollment fairness.The conclusion briefly summarizes the main conclusions of this paper,researching on vocational independent recruitment fairness issues.To improve vocational self-enrollment policy,relevant laws and regulations and accountability,reducing vulnerability policy is a top priority.Rational allocation of high-quality educational resources,enhancing communication higher vocational colleges and secondary schools together to promote its self-enrollment policy,and deepening reform of the high school curriculum can help to make policy recommendations for the colleges,the legislative branch,the recruitment sector and policy decision-making policy to achieve self-enrollment fair to provide protection.In summary,to promote Guangdong Higher Vocational College admissions policy reform is the requirement of independent educational development,social harmony?the development of demand and to maintain fair and equitable educational needs.It's the public voice of the higher self-enrollment policy reform.Higher equity issues self-enrollment policy will destroy the education fairness.Improving vocational self-enrollment policies to reduce the fairness of self-enrollment policy is the trend and the ultimate mission of education reform.
