School P.E education is the core part of school P.E education work,is the important content of measuring school P.E education work,carries on the science to the P.E education teaching.Effective evaluation is one of the important measures for the healthy development of P.E education activities,and it is of great significance to the school P.E education work.This study is based on the analysis of the documents of various kinds of P.E education teaching evaluation issued by the Ministry of Education and the Qinghai Provincial Education Department,as well as the working documents of school P.E education.Combined with the actual situation of Xining middle school P.E education teaching and sports teaching experts and sports teaching workers' opinions,using questionnaire method,logical analysis method,AHP and other research methods.The evaluation index system of Xining P.E education teaching was selected and worked out,and then the weight and the evaluation grade were determined and summarized.Then the new evaluation system is used to evaluate the physical education teaching of selected schools,which is used to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the evaluation system.Finally,the following conclusions were drawn and some suggestions were put forward.Conclusions: first,the evaluation system of P.E education issued by the Ministry of Education and the Qinghai Provincial Education Department is too general to make a more detailed evaluation of P.E education teaching,and needs to establish a more urgent and detailed evaluation index system;Second,the evaluation index system including five first-grade indexes,21 second-class indexes and 59 third-level indexes is established,and its weight is given.Thirdly,Four levels of evaluation methods were used for individual indicators and final evaluations.The advantages and disadvantages of the teaching found in the evaluation process are recorded by the method of evaluation summary table in order to make suggestions for P.E education teaching.Fourth,the new evaluation system is used to evaluate the physical education teaching of selected schools to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the system.Finally,through the evaluation,we get the score and grade of PE teaching in the case school,and summarize the advantages and disadvantages of PE teaching in the school,and put forward some simple opinions and suggestions.Suggestions: first,standardization should be carried out in many aspects,such as teaching site,curriculum arrangement of teaching equipment,P.E education teachers,teaching implementation and so on;Second,the selection of rating indicators should be considered comprehensively,including government documents at all levels,the actual situation of schools,expert opinions and so on,only in this way can better reflect the P.E education teaching;Third,in the evaluation of physical education,we should consider the concrete situation of the evaluator and the evaluated party,reasonably decompose the system,use the corresponding evaluation form,so that the evaluation activities can be carried out more quickly and effectively;Fourth,in the evaluation process,to ensure that the evaluator must be absolutely fair,objective circumstances,and the evaluation process of written records.
