| The 21 st century is the century of information age.Physical education teachers in our country have gradually become professional.The constantly changing working environment and students at different stages bring opportunities and great challenges to physical education teachers.Facing the dramatically changing teaching environment and the continuous and rapid development of information technology,information literacy has become one of the basic qualities of physical education teachers.Information literacy not only affects the development of teachers,but also affects the development of students.Therefore,how to correctly and objectively evaluate the information literacy of physical education teachers is the main problem at present.Only by evaluating the level of their own information literacy can we put forward the improvement plan for the problem.At present,the research on the evaluation standard of students’ information literacy has been relatively mature at home and abroad,but the research on the evaluation standard of P.E.Teachers’ information literacy is less and still in the embryonic stage.Therefore,it is urgent to build an objective and fair evaluation system of P.E.Teachers’ Information Literacy.On the basis of referring to the relevant information literacy evaluation index system at home and abroad,this study takes Tianjin middle school physical education teachers as the research object,initially constructs the information literacy evaluation index system of middle school physical education teachers in Tianjin,and then forms the final evaluation index system through expert interview and Delphi method,and determines the weight of each index through AHP.Finally,based on the index,the questionnaire of information literacy of middle school physical education teachers in Tianjin was developed,and the empirical study was carried out to verify the feasibility of the index system.The conclusions are as follows:1.Tianjin middle school physical education teachers’ information literacy evaluation index system includes 4 first level indicators,16 second level indicators and47 third level indicators.The first level indicators include information awareness,information knowledge,information ability,information ethics and morality.2.Using the evaluation index to carry on the demonstration,can feedback the Tianjin middle school physical education teacher’s information literacy development present situation,its development level is above the middle,has certain validity,has provided the basis for the later other area to construct the sports teacher information literacy evaluation index. |
