Discussion On The Function Of Celebrating And Educating People In Middle Schools

Since 1990 s,the activities of the school celebrations have become popular,which is the most important part of the activities of many schools.Most schools organize teachers and students,socially known alumni and related people every five or ten years to celebrate.The school celebrations let them revisit the history and culture of the alma mater,pay attention to the development and change of the alma mater,so that they can retrieve the spiritual bay that has influenced the life of the year.And the second meeting with the same window,the continuity of friendship is also rare.At present,in the research on high school celebration are few and not systematic,,the paper firstly reviews the domestic research history,function and celebration of the school moral education aspect.Secondly,we explore the educational function of different agenda in school celebration activities,which can unite alumni,exercise students’ abilities and cultivate talents.The author of the guangdong 4 middle school students to investigate,according to 500 self-made questionnaire survey,42.99% of students surveyed said "really looking forward to the arrival of the celebration activities,46.73% said the school festival" expect ",while 10.28% think anniversary "and they do not have too big relationship".During the celebration of the activities is of great significance to the students,let them in the process of sale in organization enhance their management skills;in the process of the competition,improve their writing ability;the reception work,cultivate their own organizational ability;in the process of campus layout,develop their own from the practical ability;cultivate successful alumni personal awareness of successAccording to the statistics and analysis of questionnaires and interviews with 6 alumni,it is found that there are some problems in school celebration activities,such as the administration of guests,formalization of activities,and utilitarianism of celebrations.Enhance the function of middle school’s education,need to be done to simplify the process,independent management;enhance alumni participation,activities in the form of localization,optimize the educational resources in schools and the main tone of clear celebration;and as a teacher,need to do a good job of class collective leadership role,guide the students to do the master in the reception work,establish a sense of responsibility;combing the history of the school,carry forward school culture;to introduce students to successful alumni,and guide them to establish a virtuous consciousness;finally the organization on celebration activities,summarized the harvest,optimize the experience,making the celebration activities to better play its educational function.
