A Case Study Of Assistance Services For The Youth Involved In The Case From The Perspective Of Resilience

With the rapid development of society,the social environment of young people's life and growth has become more and more complicated,resulting in the increasingly serious situation of juvenile delinquency.When the young people involved in the case have touched the legal bottom line,they will not be convicted or sentenced,but if they do not speed up the transformation of the teaching,they will increase the risk of another crime.Why did the teenagers commit crimes against the law? How should social assistance be carried out as a judicial social worker? It's a question that the institute has to answer.Through in-depth interview and investigation of the seven teenagers involved in the investigation,the author analyzed the cases of support services for young people involved in the perspective of art.First of all,the literature review and concept of art is clear.Then,the current situation of the adolescents involved in the situation is analyzed from the absence of intrinsic protective factors and the influence of external risk factors.The study found that the influence factors of the adolescents involved mainly include emotional impulse and lack of self-control.Low self-worth;Lack of problem solving ability;Loss of sense of purpose.The external risk factors of adolescents involved mainly include: lack of family care and obvious estrangement between family members;The circle of social intercourse is small,the homogeneity is strong,the bad peer factor swoop in;Campus support is insufficient to exclude campus learning;The community environment is complex,the security and the sanitation situation is worrying;Economic pressures are putting small families on ice.Finally,the author suggested that promote adolescents involved right from wrong ability,solve the family parenting difficulties,strengthen social responsibility and peer communication skills,ability to plan for the future intervention strategy through typical case will force of art theory is applied to the support in the practical work.
