Resilience is a necessary personal quality in the development and development of underage minors.When they meet some setbacks in real life or adversity,higher levels of art force can force them to the right in the face of difficulties,rather than choose to escape,and can calm processing and solve the problem,this lay a foundation for their future life path,and can provide a helpful experience in life.From the perspective of social work,it is of great significance to study how to intervene to improve the resilience of juveniles involved in the crime and to be very beneficial to the healthy growth of minors.The author uses the interview and case study method,through the typical case study,analyzes the influential elements of the involved crime minors art force,to deconstruct the art force analysis,and a measurement of art force levels.Under the guidance of the vantage point and the ecosystem perspective,the author analyzes how to intervene to improve the resilience of minors through the case work method,and makes reasonable Suggestions from the family,school and community.The research shows that it is very effective to take advantage perspective as a problem solving attitude to improve the resilience of minors.The need to improve the resilience of minors needs to help build social support networks.It is a long process to improve the resilience of minors.Social work has an active role in raising the level of resilience of minors,but social work is not omnipotent and cannot solve all problems.The increase in the resilience of minors requires the joint efforts of families,schools,communities and society.
