Juvenile crime in China is high, has been a serious social problem. Nowadays teenagers crimehave been listed by the international society for third pollution, attach great importance to all countries inthe world. Adolescence is the golden age, in the life, is the formation stage of world outlook, is the keypoint to determine a person has no as, with be full of go, memory clear, quick thinking and otheradvantages, but there are also thinking of one-sided, emotional instability, impulsivity, extreme behaviorssuch as weakness, guide is not good, easy to develop bad habits, go on the road of crime, criminal cases inour country in recent years various unabated, upward trend, particularly in cases of juvenile crime.Therefore, the objective situation demands us to effectively prevent and control juvenile delinquency,through educational reform measures effective psychological intervention in adolescents and to start with aclean slate, return to the society.Based on the above problems, I proposed the "investigation report on the study of" criminal educationreform problem of youth, hope to provide the measures to reduce the problem of juvenile crime preventionand through analysis and discussion. The third part mainly analysis the education and reform of juvenile crime in China, startingfrom the problems in educational reform, defect analysis of juvenile crime education reform.
