Ideal career is one of the most important part of ideals,and the value of ideal is incarnated by the formalization of vocation field.Because professional life requires professional ideal,it is like the steering wheel and compass of professional practice.Take teaching career as an example,this job means teaching and educating people,which is a special mission and needs to establish lofty ideals.To be more specific,China has an outstanding cultural tradition of advocating teachers' morality since ancient times,such as educators of all ages have persisted in pursuing the personal cultivation and education realm of "stricken teachers and respect for morality".After the founding of the People's Republic of China,the party and the state have attached great importance to the issue of morality and professional ideals of teachers,and have placed teacher professional ideal education at the core of teacher training.In the new era,General Secretary Xi Jinping called on teachers to be "four Haves" teachers who "have ideals and convictions,have moral sentiments,have solid knowledge and have benevolence".Besides,chairman Xi also asked them to lead the way for students to temper their character.For instance,teachers should guide for students' learning,for students' creative thinking,and for students' dedication to the motherland." In conclusion,the concise summary of "Four Haves" and "Four Guides",which points out the necessary of constructing teacher teams in a new age,inspires teachers to develop and leap from secular life to spiritual freedom,from personal value to mission responsibility.According to these,we believe these requirements have provided a fundamental follow for the ideal education of normal college students because college students are the main force of teachers in the future.Only when they have lofty professional ideals can they reach a valuable teacher's criterion.We can see that vocational education is an important part of the education for normal students in universities,and it is a solid guarantee for cultivating normal ideals for students.Therefore,it is of far-reaching significance for the training of teacher students and the construction of teacher teams to actively focus on and studythe ideal education of teachers in colleges and universities as a whole in order to meet the overall requirements of "Four Haves" and "Four Guides".This article takes "the education of vocational ideal for nomal college students" as the research object.First of all,it explains the connotation and function of vocational ideal education for normal college students and clarifies the function of Marxist education thought and Marxism.Then,the career view is the theoretical guidance,and it draws on the research and measurement tools of the Western career development theories.What's more,the significance and requirements of vocational ideal education for normal students in universities are analyzed: the vocational ideal education for normal students in universities is related to the strategy of building a strong country in China in the new era,the construction of teaching teams,the work of cultivating teachers in normal schools and the reform of normal education.Thus,in the new era,General Secretary Xi Jinping's overall requirements of "Four haves" and "Four guides" are the general goals of professional ideal education for college students.On the above base,this study conducts an empirical analysis of the current status of vocational ideal education for normal college students in China.Based on the research methods of psychology,the "Questionnaire on Occupational Ideal of Students in Normal Colleges" and the "Questionnaire on Influencing Factors of Occupational Ideal of Students in Normal Colleges" were compiled,and these two self-made questionnaires were used to carry out relevant measurements and surveys.Meanwhile,it analyzes the problems.For example,"the content system needs to be improved","the implementation principle is biased","the path dependence problem is prominent","the joint structure has not yet been formed" are all considered in this study.Therefore,the paper analyzes the related causes of the above problems.Combining the results of previous literature research and empirical analysis,this article focuses on the ideas and measures of professional ideal education for normal college students in the new era.To begin with,it is recommended that the content system should cover political belief education and patriotic education,teachers' professional cognition education,teachers' professional identity education,teachers' professional emotional education and teachers' belief education in terms of the content system construction.Second,in the implementation of the principles,it is proposed to follow the coordination of social standards and individual standards,theoretical guidance and teaching practice.To be more specific,principles such as value and instrumental rationality and unification of professional education and all-round education.Thirdly,in the exploration of practical measures,combing the "Five-Dimensional" cultivation centered on teaching,experience,example,environment and self-centered.The path to explore the construction of the curriculum system of "oriented teachers",exert the advantages of practical education with "practicing teaching" as the core,demonstrate the influence of the "normal education" characteristic cultural environment,stimulate the subjective consciousness of college students and self-education initiative.Above all,it also puts forward ideas to improve the normal student's education guarantee mechanism like the "admission and withdrawal mechanism","effect evaluation mechanism","national support mechanism","social guidance mechanism",and "family intervention mechanism" of normal university students.In this paper,the first chapter "theoretical overview" is the starting point and basis of the research;the second chapter "meaning and requirements" is the direction and guidance of the research;the third chapter "empirical analysis of the condition" and the fourth chapter "existing problems and causes" are difficulties and entry points of the study;the fifth chapter "Thoughts and Measures," is the focus and foothold of the study.
