A Study On Professional Ideal Education Of Secondary Vocational School Students

In our country,vocational ideal education for secondary vocational school students is a necessary choice to improve the education level of secondary vocational schools and promote the overall high quality development of students.Under the background of the adjustment of regional economic structure and industrial upgrading,secondary vocational school students are faced with a more complex employment environment,and their employment concepts and career ideals have received a certain degree of impact.Based on the relevant investigation,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the vocational ideal education of secondary vocational school students,and puts forward some reasonable countermeasures to solve the problems.This study not only helps secondary vocational students to form a correct view of employment and develop a good vocational habit,but also helps to promote the development of vocational education to a deeper level.This paper is divided into four parts.The first part is the introduction,which mainly introduces the significance and background of the research,and expounds the current research situation and research methods at home and abroad.This paper analyzes the necessity of vocational ideal education for secondary vocational school students from three aspects: personality characteristics,psychological needs and educational characteristics.The second part is literature review,mainly includes the basic concept of vocational ideal,vocational ideal education,and the basic content of vocational ideal education for secondary vocational students.The third part investigates Weifang Industrial School by means of questionnaire and interview to understand the current status of secondary vocational school students' vocational ideal education,explore the existing problems,and analyze the causes of these problems.Through investigation,it is found that there are many problems in family,school and society in vocational ideal education of secondary vocational school students.The causes of these problems include the deviation of family education concept,the excessive utilitarian purpose of education,the low level of teachers in school education,the lack of scientific education mode and the imperfect employment view of secondary vocational students caused by the complex social employment environment and social publicity environment.The fourth part expounds the countermeasures to strengthen the vocational ideal educationof secondary vocational school students from three aspects: family,school and society.Combined with the problems existing in vocational ideal education of secondary vocational students,this paper takes the actual needs of secondary vocational students as the center,combines the current environment and policy of vocational education,by reforming the way of family education,perfecting the school teaching system and optimizing the social education environment to help secondary vocational students to set up a scientific and noble career ideal.
