Beginning teacher is also called a new teacher or a new teacher,mainly refers to the teaching work less than a year of teachers.This period is defined by the theory of professional development of teachers as "entry period".The fresh blood as a primary education plays a vital role in the development of primary education and the development of national basic education.The teacher's professional adaptation is a dynamic and complicated development process.Whether the teacher can clarify the role of teachers,bear the corresponding responsibilities and obligations,abide by the corresponding code of conduct and norms,and successfully complete the conversion of teachers' roles will directly affect the Professional development level.Therefore,it is necessary to investigate and understand the status of teachers' entry in primary school.Based on the research on the theory of caring ethics at home and abroad and the research status of teachers 'professional development,this paper,based on the characteristics of the development of primary school teachers' professional development,adopts the case study method to select the three primary school teachers in Jiangsu Province as the research object,The use of a variety of research methods to obtain quality research data,the use of root theory to select the concept of local,to describe the status of teachers to adapt to the status,and from the perspective of the system to explore the reasons for the formation of this problem,put forward specific measures to solve the problem.From the perspective of caring ethics,this paper first studies the difficulties encountered in the professional adaptation of primary school teachers,analyzes the causes of the problems,and finally explores the strategies to solve them.Through the description of the status quo of the first teachers and the simple comment,the paper describes the status quo of the teachers' workplace.Then,the paper analyzes some existing systems that affect the professional adaptation of the first teachers,the former teachers' professional predicament and its causes,including the subject of the teacher's professional knowledge structure,the professional despise and the teacher education under the influence of excessive specialization And the gap between the survival of the workplace dislocation.On the basis of this,the author puts forward some suggestions and countermeasures on how to improve the professional adaptability of the first teachers in the view of caring ethics,and put forward the suggestions of "humanistic" and "consciousness".
