Based on the "Rural Teacher Support Program(2015-2020)” issued by the general office of the State Council on June 8,2015,this dissertation will focus on the full deployment of rural teachers' construction.It encourages local governments and Normal Colleges to strengthen the cultivation of local culture according to the actual needs of local rural education,and adopts a variety of ways to cultivate the special background of "a multi-skilled" rural teachers.In view of the problem of rural teachers in the process of educational activities in China,such as difficulties of going to and staying in countrysides and teaching well,this paper puts forward the mechanism of rural primary school teachers' localization training,which aims at rural "hematopoiesis" and the input of rural teachers our local needs in order to improve solve the issue of the lack of rural primary school teachers,enhance the development of national rural education,and keep the balanced development of national urban and national rural compulsory education.Our country's program based on the education;The teaching program based on teachers To solve the problem of slowing down the rural education in China,to keep the balanced development of national urban and national rural compulsory education,the prior task must be to solve the rural teachers' difficulties of going to and staying in countrysides and teaching well,these kinds of problems.In this paper,the survey is based on the data of some rural primary school teachers in the western part of Guizhou Province,the survey applies questionnaire and interview method investigate rural primary school teachers in Guizhou Province.The main objective of the investigation are the real situation of the existing primary school teachers especially in the village located in Guizhou Province,the analysis of common characters of rural primary school teacher and what kind of teachers will chose to teach in the village.It is found that the current supplementary channel of rural primary school teachers has the following problems: Delocalization is widespread and brain drain is serious.At present,the rural teachers supplemented by the channel are not good at teaching and other problems.By following the cause of the problem and changing the way of thinking,the localization training is proposed.The specific measures are as follows:addressing both the symptoms and the root causes:both directional training and optimizing the environment are adopted to ensure that rural primary school teachers can stay and stay.Interaction between urban and rural areas: the combination of concept tolerance and policy inclination ensures that rural primary school teachers can be integrated and have something to look forward to.Synergism: pre-service training and in-service training co-exist to promote the good use of rural primary school teachers.
