Modern society put forward higher and higher requirements to the school education,And theessence of improvement of quality of school education is to require teachers to improve.Only by constantlyto improve the quality of the teachers, the school education can change gradually.The internationalcommunity generally aware of the development of teacher education is the most important thing.In acertain sense,the quality of the teacher is the quality of education,the gap between education actually is thegap of the teacher ultimately.Countries around the world attaches great importance to the school teachers’quality improvement continuously in during the process of advancing education reforming addition to thereform of teachers’ pre-service education system, they also pay attention to the new teacher inductiontraining and on-the-job training of teachers,qiming at improving teachers’ accomplishment and alsoenhance the quality of school education.Our country also realized the importance of improving the qualityof teachers in primary and secondary school education teaching level,also recognizing that the ascension ofthe quality of teachers is the key to the success of the curriculum reform in the new period.Therefore,ourparty has successively put forward enhancing the quality of primary and secondary schoolteachers,strengthening the on-the-job training of primary and secondary school teachers.However, in theconcrete practice,We are also in practice,it is of great significance to advanceing experience from othercountries to promote the development of our country middle and primary school teachers’ in-servicetraining.UK,as one of a developed country,always attaches great importance to teachers’ continuingeducation,forming the unique characteristics of teacher education system through various ways for a longtime,the teacher’s in-service training quality assurance has also made remarkable achievements. In this passage,the first part is the introduction,mainly elaboraing the research reason,meaning,main concepts,literature review,research ideas and methods.The second part requires four major impact,that are-the international development trend ofin-service training of teachers, school teachers’ professional development needs of the UK, the strength ofnational surveillance on education, promoting education reform and improve the quality of teaching inprimary and secondary school teachers to explore the necessity of quality assurance mechanisms fortraining in UK.The third part are mainly elaboraing legal protection, financial support, institution-building, theconcrete practice, supervision and evaluation.The five parts analyzed the main content of the BritishSchool Teacher in-service training of quality assurance mechanisms.The fourth part found that the British primary and secondary teacher training has fourfeatures.That are legislation to protect the main focus on policies and regulations, paying attention toschool-based training as the main way, attention to monitoring and evaluation to improve the quality oftraining, teacher growth path of integration phase, attention to schools characteristics of effectivecooperation with universities and other aspects.In the fifth part, after analyzing the Bristish primary and secondary teacher training mechanism,it is found that it has formed a relatively systematic teacher training system.And it effectively increased thequality of UK primary and secondary teacher training and promoted the professional long-termdevelopment of teachers.It also inspired and influenced the teachers’ training of other countries.The sixth part mainly based on the analysis and comparison between the Sino-British primaryand secondary teacher training quality assurance mechanism.It is believed that the British school teachersin-service training of quality assurance mechanisms have the following revelation: to improve teacher training in the legal system,to establish teacher training’s certification system,to integrate teachers’professional growth path,to focus on assessing the effectiveness of teacher training, to strengthen theconstruction of teacher training institutions,to transform the cooperation.of universities and primary andsecondary schools.
