As an important part of high school chemistry curriculum,the organic chemistry foundation plays an irreplaceable role in the formation and development of the core quality of students' chemistry discipline.In the teaching practice,it is found that many students have difficulties in learning organic chemistry,and can not understand the nature of organic matter and not analyze it.To fundamentally solve the students' thinking obstacles,reveal students' cognitive law of organic molecular structure,the teachers teaching evaluation,and implementation of effective for high school students learn organic molecular structure to study the levels of learning knowledge.This study take R.M.Gagne's classification of learning theory and Bloom's education target classification theory as the theoretical basis,combining the course standard,teaching material and the university entrance exam,academic proficiency test to investigate the related problems,construction of organic molecular structure of high school knowledge system,and construct a hypothetical learning level framework for high school students' organic molecular structure.In empirical study,according to the curriculum standard and teaching material,the preparation of the test and interview questions,in the first round of survey to choose a school to carry on the preliminary survey,in the second round survey we do research on the three levels of different schools,and the results of the survey by SPSS software statistics and combined with interviews were analyzed,less theoretical framework to study level correction and verification.Through the analysis of the results of the survey,the following conclusions:required and elective students did not show significant differences in the first level of the level of organic molecular structure learning in high school;At the second,third and fourth levels,the level of learning between required students and elective students began to diverge,and the elective students was obviously superior to that of required students.The spatial configuration of organic matter is a major difficulty for students to study organic molecular structure.To sum up,combined with high organic molecular structure learning level hierarchy in-depth analysis,in view of the molecular structure of organic matter space configuration that the difficulty in the knowledge,teaching suggestion are presented in this paper are as follows:the teacher should respect the students' level,reasonable grasp the depth of the teaching,attaches great importance to the use of modern education technology,focus on theory teaching,attaches great importance to the theory of the application.
