This study isbased on the material structure and properties of the second chapter contained the molecularstructure and properties of the study, of discipline thinking method are probed object is middleschool teacher. This research mainly adopts literature analysis, text analysis and interviewmethod.Literature analytic method to the study of the molecular structure and properties of thestatus quo analysis, found that research is mainly about the content and the research of contentacross difficulty, etc,. Based on this, through carding discipline development history of thecontents of this part of research, refining the core of the discipline thought method, modelmethod and the research of relationship between structure and properties research oftemperament. Then using the text analysis method to reflect in the molecular structure andproperties of the refining methods of content.Through interviews with experts and middle school teacher, found that teachers indealing with the parts, introduces the main basis materials, although has different levels tomaster to the discipline development history, but in the teaching emphasis on impartingknowledge, application of the method emphasizes rote memory. Method and the research ofrelationship between structure and properties of the model are different cognitive awarenessof teachers, but the commonality is identity thinking method in the importance of studentlearning. Interview at last the author interviews based on records analysis, the conclusion ofinductive conclusions, and Suggestions are put forward.
